Units fresh food evaporator cover is frosting up due to air intrusion into the fridge from faulty gaskets. Unit also has ice melting in the bin from intrusion through the ice chute. Quoted 782.88 customer needs to think on it.

"Customer states all the dishes washed in the unit are cloudy and the machine has a residue in it. Unit has no rinse aid instructed customer on proper use and care of the unit. Ran sanitize cycle all units functions are normal. Customer is using old compromised soap instructed customer that new detergent will help with the issue customer makes soap for a living and uses the dishwasher to clean the pans. Contacted Techline, Techline states the soap left in the pans will cause residue because it is not dish detergent sr#7736538598"

Upon inspection found has frost buildup in the fresh food. Customer states freezer thawed but has since started cooling again. Frost buildup caused by the evaporator coil not defrosting correctly. "Customer complain unit not cleaning well check unit found rinse aid door open letting out all the rinse aid causing suds. Run diagnostic and check operations, add clear door to see washing operation. Unit washing to specs all operations normal."

Replaced control ran diagnostics normal cooling normally advised cust to give 24 hours

Replaced ice maker pushed reset button and tray started turning

Complained leaked a decent amount of water a couple of times couldnt duplicate issue today over sudsing occurring ran a quick wash customer did a load after I left and it didnt leak

Runs no heat dosent have the full voltage coming to terminal block

Complaint gasket is broken. Top left of the gasket broke off the clips. Needs new gasket. Called whirlpool techline sr#7736534675. Called safety they approved a one time auth for parts and labor to replace the gasket. Auth w179w60wpl1. Replaced gasket tested ok.
