Complaint dishwasher is leaking all over the floor. Coming out from underneath the front middle of the door. I found a gasket in the corners. Both corners has collapsed. I replaced door gasket. Also found middle rack was as low as it could go may be causing spray arm to stop midcycle creating an over spray condition. I checked front sides and back of dishwasher to make sure there was no leaks coming from the tub no leaks found at this time. Coming from tub. I checked bottom seal to make sure there was no debris in the bottom seal. No debris found. I checked hinges I did find drain hose was heavily pinched. I corrected drain hose issue. I ran a diagnostic cycle also discovered heavy Sudsing occurring recomended customer to not wash dishes with detergent before placing in dishwasher. "Complaint dishwasher leaking not washing still had soap in the bottom door keeps opening not closing properly since last company was here and replaced a bunch of parts not drying heater is bent at the bottom. I found door gasket was not installed properly creating a leak I also found error codes F6e6 f8e1 f4E3 I found valve is not filling properly making loud noises whole filling customer is in city water. I found heater is warped and has open circuit at control. "i installed the control board still no water entering the IM when i jump L & V . I called techline, they had me check incoming voltage and secure all connectors. I checked and secured all connectors at the control board, valve and IM. Im getting 122v from the control to the IM and Im getting 122v at the IM side of the dual valve when I jump L & V. The unit needs a new dual valve as well. The cx is not willing to pay for the dual valve replacement at the moment. I called techline to document the issue.Sr7736538969"

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise while running. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I used the selector switch key and put the unit into diagnostics. I ran test 10 for the dryer for about 15 minutes. The noise came eventually, its the blower wheel scraping as it turns. The unit needs a new blower wheel to resolve the issue, Im ordering the motor just in case the motor will not separate and I have to cut the axle. Im ordering Th parts for the return visit.
