Cannot duplicate any issues with dishwasher at this time. Water temperature is 115° coming out of sink faucet rinse aid dispenser was set to max dispensing. No error codes and diagnostics heater is working just fine and diagnostics no water per customer sitting in the bottom the dishwasher at the end of the cycle spray arm was being obstructed, preventing it from springing due to the height of the dishes in the bottom of the dishwasher dishwasher plastics are an insulator material that will cause drying performance issues. Recommended to customer to run high temp wash and make sure theyre running water before pressing start till hot at sink faucet. Water valve is very noisy. Customer declined water valve repair at this time is not causing any issues other than noise."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles by not locking the lid. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f5e1 f2e1. I ran a manual test for the lid lock , it worked fine several times. I checked the bezel and found some some plastic objects in it. I ran a normal cycle, all components passed. I started a normal cycle, it did not advance past the lid lock part without trouble. I started a cold wash cycle, it started with no problem. The lid is in good condition. The unit needs a new lid lock and control board to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return visit. "Cx complaint that the unit is not running a clean wash cycle and giving an error code (f8e0). I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the error code and ran a service cycle. It stopped at c01. I removed the valve and checked the ohms reading for all 3 solenoids, all were within range (1.03k, 1.02k & 1.01k). I secured the connectors and made sure they were tight at the control board, all were secure. I ran another service cycle and hit start to advance passed c01 (it stopped again), the unit completed the service cycle fine with no other issues. The unit needs a new control board. Im ordering a valve too just in case. The valve sent with me was the wrong one.; ordrng 1 W10509710 (Inlet Valve) and 1 W11033857 (Control board)"
