"I replaced controls, door assembly and all previously ordered parts that were recommended for me to replace per the manufacturer tech line last visit. I placed icemaker into diagnostics cycle icemaker filled with water and cycled perfectly fine. No cooling issues. Freezer temperature is -1.3? set at zero fresh food section is 34.9? set at 34? icemaker fan is working properly can feel airflow from vent on side of door. Evaporator fan motors are all working. Customer has not complained of any kind of cooling issues since last visit ice cream per customer is rock hard they have to thaw it out slightly before scooping. Customer stated it did try and make ice the other day for the first time ever dumped one batch and it all melted and leaked out of the door."

Complaint not drying have not added rinse aid since purchased. I found dispenser is dispensing rinse aid fine showed customer in diagnostics cycle when door is opened may have had a clog prior to visit I found f7e1 error and melted element was cause I replaced element performed a diagnostics cycle again no heat still I found unit is not getting 120 v past control to heater control is getting 124.3vac and is properly grounded.
