"Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing water and ice and the noise is still present. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the door switch not being pushed in far enough to activate water and ice. I held the switch down fully by hand both water and ice worked fine. The unit needs a new left RC door to resolve the issue. Regarding the rattling noise I ran tests 3 & 4 separately for about 10 minutes and did not hear the noise. He has a video and it sounds like the SS tubing rattling against something. I will check it out again if its still occur on the return. I called techline to document the issue.when I was about to leave the sound appeared. I propped the unit up with 2*4s and found the sound coming from the condenser rubbing the sheet metal under the unit that the compressor sits on. I called techline again, they recommended making adjustments to it. If that doesnt work the sheet metal could be replaced. I made adjustments, the sound is not present. "Ran dishwasher due to unit had not been washing properly leaving dishes dirty, found unit filling with water and washing but washing weak water not spraying sound strong. Checked filter and wash arm and both are clean and working found wash motor weak and not pumping water fully causing poor washing unit needs new wash motor. Advised customer to allow time for ice production. Upon leaving customer stated that he also complained about refrigerator not cooling properly. Found ice buildup on evaporator. Took pic. "Customer complained unit not heating. Found unit didnt have all voltage going to unit. Only had 110v, flipped breaker at home and 240 was present after and unit started heating. Ran timed dry and unit started heating and progressed from 60month to 50 mins. Verified proper operation. Informed customer of issue happens again to replace breaker or 240v receptical to dryer by calling electrician before calling us back first. If same issue happen again during a callback we will have to charge for call trip fee."

I found customer was filling up three or four large cups with ice every morning and by the afternoon then will be completely empty overnight. It will drop enough ice to fill up again. Customer has a supplement with ice. Icemaker is working fine. I replaced icemaker anyways no cooling issues found Freezer temp and Cool Whip is 0? fresh food temperature is 36.2. unit is designed to make no more than 3 pounds of ice and a 24 hour period of time."
