The unit fill and I seen no leaks. Once it drained with in 5 seconds water gushed out from the drain stand pip on the wall. The unit is good, the issue is from the drain standpipe."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice or dispensing water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine. The IM was off, I turned on the the IM and ran a harvest cycle. The IM completed the cycle but barely filled with water. The water dispenser pressure was low. I turned the water line valve wide open and removed the line to the refrigerator, the water pressure from the home is good. I removed the water filter, the water dispensed fine for a few minutes then went back to low pressure. The unit needs a new water filter housing and valve to resolve the issue. Found frost buildup around front top of freezer door. Checked gasket and found at top of door there was a gap between gasket and cabinet. Used heat gun to form gasket and ensure correct seal around full perimeter of door. Now closing and sealing properly.

"Checked over dryer and found door glass seal had fallen off causing door to not seal against cabinet, reinstalled gasket and ran dryer threw a cycle. Dryer is heating and cycling heat properly ran diagnostics and no errors checked venting and unit is venting correctly. While running noticed unit scraping when tumbling found right side of cabinet was hitting drum slowing drum rotation down, pushed out to stop hitting and unit is now tumbling properly. Checked all functions filings and dryer is working to specs"

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f5e2 f0e2. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues or leaks. I removed the top and the detergent dispenser to check the hoses as well as the bellow. All hoses and the bellow are good. I noticed dog hair in the bellow seal and water marks running from the bottom of the door. I suggested to regularly clean the bellow seal to prevent intermittent leaking. The unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not successfully progressing through cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The complaint. I found an error code: f7e1, I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. When I spun and agitated I heard the components but nothing moved. I checked under the unit and found the belt shredded and the cam and shield damaged. The pulley on the motor that holds the belt was splitting as well. It hits the mullion as it closes, you have to force it pass that point to successfully close the right RC door. The shelf will need to be replaced to resolve the issue. Complaint that the clothes coming out stained. Found bad gear case. Customer will not have it serviced after seeing how bad it was under the plate and the expense. Collected trip fee.

Checked and inspected. Found that outer tub has a crack where gear case passes through. Quoted customer for repair. Customer declined repair and will replace washer.

"Tested unit and found water dripping into fridge top draw also ice building on freezer floor, removed rear evap panel and found drain frozen over causing water to over flow and freezer then drip into fridge when defrosting. Melted all ice and cleared drain with steam checked duck bill and found clogged up and stuck together, fixed duck bill to stop issue from happening again steamed out drain line and water is now flowing and all operations working to specs"

Replaced capacitor put unit into service mode no fault codes detected unit ran and checked ok(Call complete); used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock

Found unit has a bad thermal fuse on the blower. This is caused when the blower area gets too hot. This may be caused by a failing temperature sensor or poor venting. Recommend changing both fuse and sensor. Fuse covered under warranty. Quoted $45.32 plus tax for sensor. Thermal fuse is covered by warranty. VENTING MUST BE CLEANED OR REPLACED. ; ordrng 1 DC32-00007A (Sensor) and 1 DC47-00016A (Thermal fuse)

"Tested unit and ran diagnostics found error Fa e4 diverted cannot find position, ran machine threw a calibration and diagnostics cycle checked harness for no connection at diverted and cntrl and all connections are ok, checked diverted and it is cycling and operating normally. After running calibration ran unit threw a wash cycle and unit is now cycling wash arms and working to specs"

"Tested washer due to unit would make a ratcheting noise when washing or spinning, wile running machine could not get unit to make any noise checked actuator and removed found working normally checked pulley and found good found gears on Gearcase ok and in good shape. Ran unit a few times with clothes and no sounds advised customer is happens again to try and record noise so we can see where its coming from, unit is working to specs as of now"

Complaint that the clothes are still wet after the wash. Found heavy bath rug couldnt find right balance. Mentioned to the customer that rubber backed rugs are not to be used as it would unbalanced the load so much that would cancel the cycle. Found drainage and spinning working normal. Customer mentioned that the unit was delivered a week ago from RAC and should be under warranty. They showed proof of purchase but the units serial number should be as shown in the ticket to have it serviced under warranty. Serial number on the unit in the home is VSA4163768 but in the ticket is VSA2775233. RAC associate was at the home and realized it was the incorrect unit and will send the customer the correct refrigerator. Mentioned to the customer that theres a trip fee if we get to look at and diagnose the unit and they will not have the unit looked at nor serviced.
