"Complaint front left burner and rear left. Burner are not igniting properly. I found the igniter on front left burner had fallen down, causing her to not ignite properly. I also found spark igniter on rear left burner is not sparking upwards, sparking downwards along a grease trail. Attempted to clean sparking better but still has a high whoosh of flame because of the length and duration of time required to ignite burner. I will need all four orifice holders and the screws to repair properly in the images for the orifice holders, it shows it comes with igniters. If unit does not come with igniters may need to also order ignitors upon return visit. I warned customer that that may happen on this visit. Complaints dishwasher leaking and chiming at the same time. Chiming will not stop. Cannot use dishwasher every time we try and start chiming. Found a piece of plastic with a spring attached to it. In the bottom of the dishwasher does not know what it goes to. Plastics found do not go to this dishwasher at all. I am not sure what that plastic piece goes to. I inspected dishwasher door gasket. Found door gasket is inverted worked. I replaced door gasket and tested operations. I inspected all plastics around the outside of the tub no issues with holders or plastics. New exterior leaks. Drain is installed properly no warpage of the lower door seal that attaches to the bottom of the inner door panel cannot duplicate leak at this time. I did remove all water from catch basin. Drain pan with float in stalled that was the cause of the dishwasher chiming in customer. Unable to use dishwasher touch. Patient was full of water. I cleared error code in diagnostics catch basin. Overflowed potential flood condition. No additional issues found with dishwasher at this time while running it. ; used 1 W11483553 (GASKET) from stock

Cx complaint that the unit is starting at all and the door is scraping the tub when it closes. I inspected the unit to confirm the issue. The UI flashes an error code (f6e1) whenever power is on. I cycled power and it did the same thing. The unit needs a new UI control to resolve the issue. The scrapes on the upper left side as it closes. If I pull the door to the right slightly it does not scrape the tub. The unit needs new hinges to resolve the issue. "Customer complained of leak from front left side of unit. Said hes had another company out a few times. Customer said that the last tech said the door was too heavy due to being a dishwasher with a wooden panel , customer had panel off when arriving. Also found multiple screws that keep outer door secured to frame missing(took pictures) cus also said that the tub will flex when opening the door at the section the hinges are connected to the tub. Oticed tub flexing but cant determine if issue is normal or not right away, took off outer door and ran unit to check for leaks whe running.
