I ran a harvest cycle and it completed but the valve never activated to dispense water. I checked the voltage at the dual valve, its getting 122v when I jump the valve (l & v). The IM does not have an arm to turn it off, its missing its currently in the on position. The door handle is loose as well. I will address the handle on the return visit. The unit needs a new dual valve to resolve the issue. Im ordering the part for the return. I charged the card on file from the landlord. It had a 43 area code and F3 E3 error code, and fault history I cleared error codes tested operations replaced parts pre-Aidid motor subassembly tested operations found heavy Sudsing occurring in dishwasher. No additional issues found with dishwasher at this time. Heater is working perfectly fine. Dishwasher appears to have never been used. Not once underneath the filter was dry as a bone."

I found F8e1 no fill Long fill error code in history.only code. I checked tube to pressure dome. No issues with pressure dome or tube. Found control board issue with pressure switch not registering depth of water. I checked drain tube. Drain tube is fine. Not shoved into the hole. Too far I checked valves. no issues with valves gear case is leaking gear wheel, all overdrive belt, actuator cam Unit will need all parts. Washplate agitator can easily be removed with no issues. Im ordering a screw. Found dryer vent to long and pinched cut it down and reattached. Ran unit thru diagnostics and had no fault codes or mechanical failures. I wiped touch sensor down and explained to customer how touch sensor works and some times clothes may come out a little damp. I advised customer that time dry is a better option a dryer working correctly should dry a load of clothes in 45 to 50 mins. Time sense dry is a least that long sometimes longer. Advised customer to use since some corrections were made and reach out to us if needed. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

"First thing I did was explained to the customer in the owners manual it explains how to use the new dishwasher such as. You must have at least 120 degrees of water running to your kitchen sink, when water is hot at sink then you may start dishwasher. Its also imperative that you keep jet dry in dishwasher at all times. Make sure you have heated option selected. If you do not have that selection it may not heat dry the dishes, may only air dry. Also advised customer to clean out lint filter after every wash. After educating the customer I checked all components of the dishwasher heating source and found wire not connected to left side of heater. Reattached wire unit ran and checked okCall complete"
