No error in history and unit is heating properly when selected. Explained how sensor works for sensing cycles. For timed dry explained that she could set temp and time to whatever she likes. Cs thought something was wrong with it coming up on air dry. Called techline and while on wait ran a 5 min timed dry on high heat. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed until the lid lock tried to engage. The unit would not advance past that point, it needs a new lid lock to resolve the issue. I started a normal cycle and put pressure on the lid near the lid lock while it was engaged, the unit successfully locked. I checked the lid lock and the surrounding area to see if something was effecting it or out of place. I found nothing abnormal. "Pulled unit out and return line was hot, discharge cool. Checked unit and freezer was cold, ice cubes solid, fridge felt cool. Checked evap and full frost pattern. Good air flow to rf and milk at 42. This with a non responsive control, no lights.Found broken door switch, shorted switch and got control and light to come on was set at level below recommended. Pulled out switch and verified leads not broken and long enough for replacement. Replaced control (set to one setting cooler then recommended)and ordered switch, left compressor/parts with customer and to monitor until return. Tested unit and found machine erroring out F9e1 long drain placed unit into a spin cycle and found unit not turning on drain pump checked pump and moved wires and unit kicked on and started to operate. Traced wires and ohmed out found black and white striped wire going to actuator for power broken in wire casing outside of wire looked prefect. Cut out wire and replaced ran a calibration cycle and unit is now draining and all operations working to specs

Melted all ice and cleared air tunnels added silicone to freezer and fridge cabinet due to gap letting warm air in also heated door gasket to seal against cabinet. Leveled up unit and all operations are working properly advised there will be some moisture due to humidity levels this is normal"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor, evap fan and condenser fan are running fine. I checked the FC evap wall, it was covered in ice. I removed the evap cover and ice. I noticed the defrost heater (brown wire) was not secure. I secured the connector and thoroughly wrapped in foil tape. I tested the heater as well, its good to go. The unit is working as designed."
