I replace drum and rear idlers I tested operations from Ehlers are fine and so is the belt idler pulley. Unit is operating extremely quiet now no additional issues found with dryer at this time. Dryer is heating. Had to clean rear heater vent were heater vents into drum area from rear bulkhead Had melted clothing restricting airflow completely. No additional issues found with dryer at this time.

"Complaint on compressor comes on at very specific times will make a loud buzzing noise. No cooling issues found at this time. I cannot duplicate any noise complaints. I suspect noise complaint is only occurring when compressor hits. A certain rpm as compressor is a variable speed compressor. I suspect noise may be consistent with the condenser coil vibrating against the cabinetry. I tried to adjust without hearing any kind of noises from the compressor. Compressor is running right now and cooling fine. Customer has not had any cooling Issues either no defrost issues found either at this time. Customer said it was making a noise early this morning. Noise only lasted for 10 maybe 15 minutes before going away. If customer calls back, may need to adjust condenser coil more, but will need to duplicate noise I performed service test number for and 3 compresser test could not duplicate noise.."

Complaint at the end of the cycle done light is on and when lid is opened it used to go off now it stays on and power button has to be held to make it go off and recently now the washer will try and start itself again with done light illuminated. I I replaced main control verified latch is operating normal drain everythings working no codes in fault history except overloading error i performed a calibration cycle and an auto diagnostic cycle no corrosion on ui board. No broken wiring found or lower end issues either.

"Complaint unit not making ice ice maker installed last week I found error code e2 test 56 ice maker failure ice maker has lost position. Test 57 unit will not cycle progress past #2 goes from 1-2 but never back to 2 test 15 tested ice level sensors are working goes from 2-1 when sensor is covered. I also found flights have failed in both the freezer and the top fresh food section 3 strand light. Also found door gasket is shredded causing an air leak in fresh food section. Temperatures in fresh food zone are 37.2 freezer zone is -1.3°F. Icemaker is cycling fine after replacing it with power turned off to refrigerator. They concluded that the triple element is working as designed. The 3 tiers of the element pull a certain amount of wattage causing the difference in glow brightness. "Cx complaint that the oven is not meeting or hold set temps. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. Th burner head work fine. I tested broil, it work fine as well. However bake does stay lit. The igniter clicks and the flame lights, but it continues to click for a few seconds then the flame and igniter turn off completely. The temp got up to 200degrees, that because the convection element turns on supply heat. I called techline to document the issue. They recommended adjusting the bake burner tube air valve at the neck of the burner tube. It was wide open. I closed it half way and tested the unit. The flame lit immediately on the first click. I preheated it to 350 then 400. The unit is working as designed.Sr7736529666"

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f0e2. I checked the bellow and found a sock in the lower part of the bellow blocking the holes for water to exit. There were no tears in the bellow, I did notice residue building on the side of the door potentially creating a surface where water can escape. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issue. I suggested for the cx to clean the bellow and inner door where it makes contact with the bellow occasionally. The unit is working as designed."

Checked with black light also and no dye found. Loaded back up to 140 and made sure all connections on equipment was tight and not leaking. Unit slowly dropped again. "Unit under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.Complaint of new noise heard from unit, lasting about 10s from rear of unit, hear it twice in 24 hours. Says temp went to 40+ with no adjustment, had held temp at 35 for months set at #2 setting, set to 3 and held for couple days and crept up, , had to go to 4.Unit was on setting 3 for both fr and rf on arrival, compressor/ fans running. 7 in fr, 38 in rf.Icemaker was turned on though is not used, likely source of sound heard.Temps not abnormal for setting 3 and defrost timing unknown. Arrived and found multiple problems, still no ice production, ran thru diagnostics again and still only fault is e5 for failed ice maker, found moisture built up on top of freezer door, freezer door isnt properly insulated causing condensation. Unit missing kick plate. Ff compartment shelfs are all bent along with ladder which I installed today. Spoke with techline and they advised replacing parts listed on the order. Will order parts and customer will call when door arrives in 4-6 weeks.
