I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed. However I did hear a loud rattling sound during spin and agitate. I checked under the unit and found the shield bent making contact with the clutch while it rotates. The tub shakes excessively during spin, the suspension and shield needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. TS said I have one but its not on my van, I called Jen to inform her of the inaccuracy. I used a pick to force the door close, the door close with no issues. The unit is cooling fine, making ice (low volume) and dispensing water fine at the moment. The compressor and evap fan is working fine. I ran multiple tests related to to the IM (56, 57, 45, 36, 15). All tests passed but test 36 fan speed is lower than normal, I ran the tests multiple times the fan speed was low each time. "Customer is saying that the dishwasher will cut off at different times during the cycle, customer says the screen goes blank and the only way to get operation back is to cut the service switch on and off. I could not even get the unit to go into service mode by actions 1-2-3 three times across any 3 keys. I never got the unit to shut off while I was in home and it ran for 20 mins. "Checked and found that refrigerator powers on and runs for approximately 10 minutes then drops out and shows PO, power outage. Confirming outage restarts unit but just continues same pattern. Called tech line spoke to Joe. He said that when deli u/I and harness go it can damage all 12 volt circuits. He suspects it could be the dispenser control, fan motors or something else n the 12V circuit. He said because it is a COD call he could not offer a definite solution or issue an SR#. I entered diagnostics and found that when I try to test the freezer evaporator fan the power drops out. It could be the evaporator fan motor or he control.Quoted customer parts and labor for freezer evaporator fan and dispenser control. Saved estimate. Customer is going to contact Whirlpool to see if they offer anything."
