Found build up of lint inside blower wheel not a lot but more than should be there for the age o the machine. Customer said they got the exhaust cleaned in their home . Inspected vent and vent was properly installed and airlfow coming out of machine was proper. Informed customer unit is working as designed informed customer of some clothes are dry and some damp sensor can miss damp clothes, I formed customer vents that go vertically cause more issues also. Verified proper operation."

"Put unit into diagnostics out of balance fault code was present. Cleared out fault code. Reset unit and tested In drain/spin mode all operations are normal. I also inspected suspension rods and they are in good shape. Appears that the unit is getting out of balance because of load shifting. I advised customer that if it gets to banging you must stop the machine and redistribute the load per owners manual.I also advise that small loads will cause it more than large loads,Its the way machine is made.(Call complete)"

"Cx complaint that the unit had a sudden loss of power showing the message on the screen again with no power outages occurring at the home recently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and heated the oven as well as used the MW. Both worked with no issues. I called techline to document the situation. After I got off the phone I realized through the notes that on the last visit the control board was not replaced, just the UI console. "Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit tumbles and has good airflow, however there is no heat being produced. I checked the terminal block and there on only 82v across L1 & L2. I checked the wall outlet and it was the same. I wiggled the cord head at the wall outlet and 243v appeared and the unit began to heat. The unit is good, the wall outlet has a bad connection. The cx need an electrician to resolve the issue."

The cx complaint is that the units UI console button work intermittently, specifically the cycle selection buttons. I found all button work fine except tough and normal. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. The unit needs a new UI console to resolve the issue .
