Complaint Dryer will not turn on. Customer stated she turned power off at breaker box the other day and ever since then the dryer has not had any problems. I suspect dryer may have been trying to update. Both washer and dryer are paired to Wi-Fi. No additional issues or error codes found in fault history at all. Cannot duplicate complaint.

Complaint have to push start button multiple times to start unit no saved errors explained that if not turning knob you will have to push start button once to wake up control and then again to start cycle if you do turn knob that wakes up control and then you only have to push start button once to start cycle

Leaking from vent still front of door not underneath or during a wash only when door is opened after a wash cycle is finished. File number is 7736893950 they want me to max out the dosage of rinse aid set it to a 5 or a 6 its currently at a3 I set unit to a6 setting. Per techline. No fault codes in history. No additional issues found per customer. Dishes are coming out completely dry at the end of a cycle. Its just when he opens the door. Water comes out of the vents and splashes onto the floor vent is on the front of the door. Top left corner. No leaks during wash cycle.

Complaint f2e1 oven chimes incessantly. Have to turn breaker off. I found f2e1 stuck shorted key on touch keypad ui unit will need new ui to fix. Customer declined repair today.

"Ran unit thew a wash cycle due to customer had found water on the floor next to washer and could not find any leaking, drained unit and no leaking. Checked all connections and everything is tight and no sign of water, ran a rinse and spin and no water checked aqua jet and no leaking, let unit run thew a spin and everything is dry no sign of water dripping at all. Advise customer could have been clothes in there and water had sprayed over the tub or something had splashed over there is no sign of leaking anywhere advised to watch unit just incase and if any issue plz record and get back to us"

Replace door leveled out handles a lot better. Also reversed handles that was able to level out the handles even more. Top of door is completely level as well. Already even with a new door installed. No additional issues found with unit at this time.

"Cx complaint that the unit shows an error code when the oven is being used. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f6e1. I started a bake cycle set to 350degrees. I reached the temp with no issues. I increased the temp to 400 and it reached the temp. I noticed the broil element is much more orange than the bake element. There was a thermal event near the broil element connector. Broil mode works fine, however in bake mode the broil element is heating throughout the bake cycle. "Customer complained unit not heating. Found proper voltage to unit after pulling unit out. Inspected unit and heater good, thermostat checked good, power coming from control and heater cycling on and off at proper temperature. Visually inspected all parts in heater cycle and found no issues. Inspected power again and found plug was slightly loose and was dropping voltage due to 240 outlet for dryer not making good connection to dryer plug. Informed customer to get outlet and plug/pigtail chord replaced and issue will be fixed. Unit is working as designed when it has proper voltage. Unit must have moved chord when pulling out dryer and temporarily reconnected power before doing initial checks. Customer understood issue and was familiar with electrical issues and o showed him with my meter the voltage drop when moving the pigtail around. Verified proper operation."

"Customer complained unit not working again. Upon arrival found f7e1 and f7e 4 errors. On prior call on 7-5-23 found no error codes and control board was shorting causing motor to constantly spin. Inspected under unit and found capacitor had started leaking. Checked resistance of drain pump at drain pump, was 19.9 ohm in range, checked resistance of motor 5.6ohm and 5.5ohm on windings in range . No shorts in lines from motor to control, drain pump to control or shifter or capacitor to control, has continuity on all wires. Shifter motor at board (j6-2/j6-6 ) was 2.46ohm in range . In component activation the board is sending voltage to the motor like Im selecting it to spin or agitate even when I try to turn on the water valves or drain pumps, so unit would spin constantly if capacitor wasnt blown. Unit does same thing in normal running , just spins constantly because board is sending signal constantly even when just drain pump, or water valves should be running only. This is the same issue as last time, and was fixed with new control board (installed on 7-12-23) but went out again on 8-3-23. Techline took down all notes and said that if capacitor was leaking or shorting it could cause short to control board.. Needs capacitor and control board. "Unit had just done a he one drop of ice during last visit and nothing since, icemaker was on and only a couple small cubes in tray. Complaint that the unit is not drying properly. Ran diagnostic test and unit running normal. No error codes present. Found crushed venting hose restricting airflow for the drying cycle to perform on its optimal capacity. Customer will have have the venting fixed.
