Cx complaint that the unit is not starting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit does not tumble at all. However when the knob is in an on position the heat element activates and the drum does not tumble. I removed the rear panel and found 121v only on one side of the element terminal and only half of the element is lit. I removed the element and found a part of the element was grounded to the frame causing the element to partially heat and blow the thermal fuse. I corrected the element position and replaced the thermal fuse with one from TS. I tested Th unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock
