A set of wires were under light, and thought they were wires to harness, but after cutting and attempting to install found that was wires going down to lower light on left. power is going through broken wires inside cabinet (can short them and other lights come on) those wires will not pull out and inaccessible.Did not install gasket with lights being unrepairable ( also other left side gasket is also torn)Called techline and documented. Cold valve is failing making high-pitched squealing noise when activated. Complaint door will not shut. Will not start any cycles. I found latch hook had been pushed in too far spring spring. Quoted customer for new latch no further issues found customer is going to consider repairing potentially is going to think about it as of right now.

Heating Element - SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304 - Heater Bushing I replaced heater bushings per service pointer special project. Additional complaint dishwasher will not power on dishwasher. Makes a clicking noise nonstop. I found main control has failed. I found user interface has failed. I found main wash motor has failed. Unit will need associated parts extended warranty when looking at information is not for a dishwasher extended warranty is for an icemaker. Customer will need to contact Lowes extended warranty program and go through Lowes extended warranty program to have dishwasher repair repaired fully Customer name may need to contact Maytag and discuss trait with trade care team about icemaker because customer stated she never purchased an extended warranty on her dishwasher through the manufacturer. ; used 1 W11537778 (HEATER W/NUTS) from stock

"When attempting to start the unit LEDs and buttons would engage normally but nothing would happen. Entered diagnostics and found no error codes present. Checked my connections and re secured connections to ui, still no operation. Left unit off via breaker while inspecting main control under unit. Unplugged and secured communication harness between ui and control, powered unit back on and now unit starts and operating fine. When attempting to turn on light before it wouldnt turn on but the sound would engage as if it was on. Now the lights turn on amd unit started heating. If call back order 1 ui W11492297 and 1 main control W11385634."

Not drying dishes push buttons to activate high temp wash or heater or also not working timer knob when turned to normal wash will not do anything just sits on normal forever no noises know anything. Selector switch indeed is not functioning properly found unit will need a new motor as ball valve is not functioning properly in motor assembly. Will need check valve replaced as well. Complain detergent from door everything else is working fine I found detergent solenoid had come disconnected from linkage mechanism. I resecured solenoid reattached linkage to solenoid tested operations. Everything working fine no further issues found with dishwasher at this time.
