"Complaint dishwasher is leaking. I found leaking condition was caused directly by over sudden condition. When she was pouring in the rent agent, it was dumping all over the door. I suspect that is what caused her over sudden condition to occur or the detergent because both are creating heavy suds in a mixing bowl. Could also be from customer pre-washing dishes with detergent as well Don dish detergent. Also, dishwasher was extremely out of level flowing towards float deeper around the float area. I level dishwasher as well. If dishwasher leaks due to an over sudden condition theres nothing any technician can do to fix that specific issue as that issue is a user issue not an issue caused by the machine.."

"Complaint unit not making ice not filling with water properly even with new filter installed. I found water inlet valve solenoid is scorching hot to the touch when unit is trying to fill with water unit just barely trickling with water. Also discovered unit is leaking and has been leaking for a long time, causing flooring to split and gap and warp all around icemaker waterline connections were finger tight not properly secured, causing the water leak to occur. I replaced water inlet valve assembly tested operations. Everything is working properly as of right now."

"Complaint unit is filling full of water in the bottom will not power on growing mold all over the top section of the icemaker. Mold is growing due to excessive moisture being in the bottom due to ice melt and unit not draining . Unit will need lift sump motor replaced customer does not want me to order motor wants unit replaced, I cannot replace unit as mold. Growth is not a coverable issue under manufactures warranty terms and conditions. Failure of the pump is a covered issue. Advised customer to call back if they cannot get unit replaced. And we will order condensate lift pump."

Complaint not make ice properly very very slow to make ice. I found temperature in the freezer zone was set to the minimum temperature. It could be set to. Or warmest it could be. Also found ice tray was only filling four cubes at a time and the rest of the tray was empty and dry. I found waterline behind refrigerator was pinched pulled refrigerator. Adjusted water line tested operations no further issues found with refrigerator today. Also found filter was slightly restricted as well.

"Replaced control and same, with all parts in circuit, worked way completely through wiring. Found that because spark module is mounted upside down, the ignition wires were reversed, this got the 3 back and front middle burners working properly, Lf was the only working properly on arrival, rf front still kept sparking after ignition, reversed ignition modules and working burner is reversed, is a bad reignition module. Cs had kept original modules replaced, first tested was bad, but second working, these modules require a good ground when mounted ( holding screw is also a ground) now all burners working properly"
