"Complaint washing machine, making a horrible noise during final spin when it goes into high spin speed. I verified lower drivetrain no issues found with lower drivetrain. I did see evidence of motor rubbing against floor pan. I did see that the leveling legs were as low as they could get a raised machine up off of the floor and raised it, so that the feet or as high as they could go. No error codes in diagnostics. I performed a DLMS calibration. Also found wash machine was severely out of level. I leveled washing machine. Ran a quick wash cycle with heavy sheets in it. no abnormal noises or issues found just normal ticking, clicking noises heard."

Found freezer door gasket loose at the bottom allowing warm air to get into refrigerator. I also found some sticky substance on the top of freezer gasket to the point where it was acting as glue pulling gasket away from frame. I reattached gasket at bottom I also wiped up and cleaned the sticky substance and now the gasket is touching frame. I also advised customer to always close the door by grabbing center of handle and pushing shut securing it. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

"I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit did not spin during a service cycle or diagnostic cycle. I ran a manual spin test and lifted the lid and found the washplate is spinning independently from the basket. The hub drive is stripped. I removed the washplate and attempted to replace the hub drive, its seize to the gear case. The gear case shaft is worn out as well. The unit will need a new basket, wash plate, gear case and hub drive to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return visit.
