Customer complained unit had frost buildup in food and light not working. Upon arrival checked light and found frost build up on door source. Pushed in on door switch and released and light came on. Light working properly. Inspected door gasket and gasket looks good. Treated bottom section a bit but door is fine. Checked door slides and door slides working fine. Customer said she might have had left door ajar slightly. Informed customer that would cause the frost buildup and to make sure to push door closed from center to ensure door is properly closed. Verified proper operation of unit.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I put a damper clothe in the unit and ran it for 30 seconds, it heated. I did the same test 5 more times, it did not heat at all again. The unit needs a new control board and some high side part. A control and some high side parts (capacitor, diode and magnetron) are needed to resolve the issue. I collected the service call fee by CC and provided the cx with a quote. Complaint when ever top 3rd tier rack is pulled out water leaks onto door and dishes below making them wet. I found dishwasher was created with a weep hole to slow water out when rack is pushed in no water leaks due to angle of rack but when rack is pulled out the angle changes and rack becomes front level at around 2 degrees vs pushed in rack is 6-8 degrees so a wave is Bering created allowing water to leak out of tube I cannot change anything this is how the machine was designed. I called whirlpool file number. 7737409510 per Whirlpool no fix is the Way unit is designed.

I ran test 4 for the compressor, the compressor ran but no frost pattern or cool air was produced. Its a dual evap unit, the cx said neither side is working. The unit needs a new compressor to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit stayed on by itself last week. I inspected to confirm the complaint. The breaker was off, it was turned off by piedmont gas company. I turned on the breaker and preheated the oven to 350degrees as well as tested all cooktop elements. All cooktop elements worked fine. The oven successfully preheated to 350 degrees with no issues. It turned off with no issues as well. I pulled the unit out to examine the back of the unit, everything looks fine. According to the cxs complaint I would recommend replacing the control board. Theres a possibility it was intermittent in response at some point. I quoted the cx for the repair. The service call is covered by WP. I called WP safety to document the issue.Sr7737390570"
