Unit is not siphoning out Either I suspect also, the customer may be having an out of balance issue leading to excess detergent over shaking out. "Cx complaint that the unit is not drying the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The unit progressed through the service cycle with no issues. I checked to see if heat was produced at the end of the cycle, no heat was produced and I seen damage on the heater element. The element will need to be replaced. The pump filter is deformed as well. It does not sit in position correctly preventing the spray arm from spinning, because it makes contact with the pump filter.
