Checked evap and found frosted over causing fan to hit the ice and make noise, forced unit unit a defrost and found thermistor shorted, melted all ice and and checked control found power going to heater when forcing into a defrost but cntrl not telling unit to defrost it self. Wile checked defrost found selinoid for cooling clicking none stop unplugged and reset selinoid for now. Unit will need new cntrl,interface,evap fan with harness and selinoid will order parts. Ran machine thew a whole wash cycle and unit competed and shut off ran again with clothes and unit completed cycle and shut off. Advised customer Im not sure what is going on with it starting over again maybe they are leaving the water off due to the error for a long fill Im not sure because its working perfect for me and I cant stay here all day running a wash cycle. Recalibrated machine control and reset actuator, all operations are working to specs"

"Commercial use. Cs says unit will just drain, not stop. Plugged in and unit went right into drain. Pressure hose clear and no damage seen. Removed back cover and pressure hose looks good, drain trap is clear.Replaced water level switch and ran quick cycle. Started with an~60-90 second drain, then proceeded into cycle as normal. Went through fill, agitate, rinse, drain and into spin fine.Ran second time and same. There was some leaking from the drain trap a small button battery was in reception area and causing not to seal, cleared and no more leaking found."

"Complaint making an abnormal noise the unit has never made before. I ran unit through a wash cycle with laundry in it I could not duplicate any abnormal noises. I could not find any issues with gearcase or clutch underneath washing machine or drive belt could not find any issues with the water inlet valve assemblies at this time unit went all the way up and to high Speed. No abnormal vibrations only abnormal noise I heard or no abnormal noise was the drain hose slapping on the back of the wash machine, which is normal noise. Cannot duplicate noise at this time. Customer stated she did not hear the noise this time either."

Called techline. Checked several tests in service mode to check for issue with dc voltage. Tests 3,15,36,57. All dc voltage parts working properly. Asked customer and Issue isnt fixed when power cycled. Issue fixes itself. Techline said to get customer to run drop chord to outlet and plug in simple light to see if light is effected while refrigerator is malfunctioning to see if its a power replaced issue. If light isnt effected while refrigerator is malfunctioning issue is with refrigerator. Informed customer to call back if issue persists. Unit was working as designed while on site. SR#7737592635."

"Cx complaint that the unit fluctuates too high in temp. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the calibration is set to 0. The oven will ascend too high pass the set temp (set to 350 goes up to 390). The cx understand the unit has a range of temp it stays in averaging the set temp. The cx is using the correct recommended instrument to record the oven temps. The service manual says it generally stay within a 50 degree range, his issue is that it goes too high. I had to defrost, fill tube and icemaker shoot to be able to remove icemaker from bin area I found cause of issue was due to a restricted fully clogged water filter. Water quality in areas coming out of refrigerator seems to be excessively cloudy Customer will need a new water filter to fully fix unit should be making ice with no issues as of right this second"
