Found all valves improperly installed and misaligned. Center valves hard to shut off. Will stop leaking if turned all the way off. All valves need to be replaced. Sr#7737294685. Safety will not be covering repair as unit was purchased with valves misaligned. Provided estimate to customer for repair. Customer will contact whirlpool for resolution.

"Upon arrival unit was full of water. Ran drain in component activation and drain pump didnt start. Checked board and board wasnt sending voltage to pump. Unplugged unit and same result. Cleared out unit and ran normal load. Heard drain pump start for half a second and stop, checked at board again and found board is now sending voltage but pump isnt running. Ran service mode again and drain pump isnt getting voltage from board in service mode. Syphon emptied water from unit to test and inspect pump and inner tub areas. While emptying water about half a drum full the drain pump started when I moved the unit. Took out inner drum and didnt find any obstructions under inner tub or filter. Ran drain pump and saw water go into pump draining properly with no obstructions in pump.. Ran pump in service mode and put meter on pink wire to drain pump. Moved harness around and found drain pump starting and stopping , but board sending 120v constantly with no interruption. Found wire harness is damaged to drain pump but cant find area its damaged by visual inspection. needs new harness. Ordering harness. Unplugged unit until return to prevent any damage to new board. Told customer to not use unit. Customer wants repair, Brain said no charge extra . Scheduled return call for 9-15-23 pm. ; ordrng 1 W11112750 (Lower harness)"

Installed new spray arm manifold and retainer clips. Tested and verified proper operation. All functions check ok.

Unable to duplicate sound at this time. Customer says issue is intermittent. Customer provided video evidence of sound and says that it seems to be coming from the control panel during fill. Ran normal cycle and allowed unit to fill and begin wash. Sound did not occur at this time however there is a very loud buzzing at valve and water pressure is not steady. Towards the end of filling was able to here noise for split second and verified noise is coming from valve. Order and replace valve. ; ordrng 1 W11513255 (Valve)

Sr#7737294179. Found customer complaint is unit smells of acetone or nail polish remover. Unable to smell personally. Verified unit is cooling properly and customer has acknowledged no cooling issues. Customer claims smell has been present for weeks. Spoke with tech line and verified this smell is due to something customer had in unit and is not from unit itself. Customer also complaining of food freezing in RC. Found this due to damper motor. Replaced damper motor. All functions check ok. ; used 1 W11164593 (DAMPER CNTRL) from stock

No problem found with unit at this time. Temps are good in freezer and refrigerator. No frost buildup at this time. Found minimal evidence of poor sealing. Condensation droplets on rear wall and door switch frozen shut. Customer has since emptied freezer. Checked and verified door is sealing properly. Door seal checks good. Customer says issue is only in freezer. All functions check ok at this time.

"Costco 1yr extended warranty. Complaint of ticking noise, it is the refrigerant going through system, normal operation, verified in diagnostics, fans damper tests all normal, able to replicate when ran compressor test."

Replaced cooktop unit ran and checked ok. Had to transfer the stainless trim to new top. The back trim would not stay down and there was no tape or adhesive sent with new top. When I looked on parts break down there is nothing for the trim will have to call parts or tech support.Spoke with Nate at tech support he advised for us to call parts distributor and see if another top has trim in stock if not he advised parts distributor contacting whirlpool and getting a resolution to this problem.; ordrng 1 W11051484 (Glass top)

Fixed wire harness tested working normally left controls

The blowers run fine and at proper speed until the relay on appliance board kicks them off. Fault code is F8 E0 this is a new renovation and the unit has not been used since install due to fault code. I pulled unit out from wall about 1/4 ways out and preheated both ovens to 350 degrees and all operations were normal. I found the bottom trim bent upward restricting the air flow of heat out of the unit causing it to get to get to hot and shutting down unit. Pre heated unit four times and unit worked fine. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

Replaced parts to this fridge. The unit was unplugged when I arrived the drain pan was full of water I removed all water from drain pan and replaced harness and board. This customer is very unhappy with this product says it buckled her floor said she spoke with whirlpool and they are offering no resolution. I made it very clear that advantage appliance was not responsible for any damages we were the servicer provided to repair the problem. "Tested unit and found machine would come on and drain then sit there an error out 7-2 wash motor failure, checked wash motor and found connections ok but no power being sent to start motor, checked main cntrl and found wires all connected, ran diagnostics and unit would drain then fill ice getting to the wash it shuts down and errors out f7e2. Wash motor is faulty causing errors and issue with unit will order new wash motor,cntrl and a harness to be safe.
