Old cam was quite stiff when switching positions, internal ring rubbing against outer shell. New one working properly. Extra resistance was burning/stripping out actuator motors. "Put unit thru test with wet towels in basket with no detergent filled unit up with water and let it agitate about 10 minutes to allow towels to get get and saturated. Then I switched the machine over to drain and spin and let it spin out with the weight of towels and water in basket for 21 minutes thru the entire spin cycle I never had any metal to metal noise, the unit is going thru all cycles accordingly. Ran unit thru service mode no fault codes detected.I visually inspected motor and gear case pulleys and belt all were in normal working condition. I advised customer at this time there is nothing I can do because the unit is running normal.Did advise to please call our office if it happens again.(Call complete)"

Found new blower switch still activating without contact or if you just touch it the fan comes on. This is a on/off switch it should not come on by a bump or by itself the switch should have to be turned to the on position for it to work but this does not happen as it should any kind of touch to this switch activates the blower. This is a gas cooktop down draft on very expensive countertops customer is highly nervous about damages to countertop. Customer also says that sometimes the cook top when lighting center rear burner all burners just click and click. She has tried it herself and the burners have operated normal on all occasions with me watching. No additional issues found I checked suspension rods. I checked drive belt. I checked lower and unit. No additional issues found no abnormal noises heard as well Noise customers hearing is from drain tube slapping underneath washing machine. Everything is tight. Instructed customer on proper loading procedures. Customer has been overloading washer machine consistently.
