"Complaint refrigerator top mount is not cooling at all in either zone. I found compressor had no refrigerant in system upon arrival. I pressure tested unit with 250 psi of nitrogen and sprayed unit down using soapy bubbles could not find a leak anywhere unit held pressure for over 20 minutes without dropping one psi put unit of vacuum unit held vacuum for over 15 minutes without leaking one psi from -28 psi. If unit is leaking, it would have to be from cabinetry liner as I spread condenser coil all fittings, all joints, everything down and could not find any leakage. Unit is cooling after replacing compressor filter dryer properly evaporator producing a full frost pattern going all the way down and all the way across that does not dissipate when touched ; used 1 W10898074 (COUP LOKPREP SEALANT), 1 W11504447 (COUPLER 5/1.8 NR MS00), 1 W11109499 (FILTER DRIER-TUBE R600a), and 1 W11506635 (COUPLER 6 NF MS SV PROCESS T) from stock"

I found control has failed. I replaced main control. Customer stated they have been having issues connecting unit to Wi-Fi Wi-Fi needs to be 2.4 GHz. I suspect issue lies with network type as unit appears to be connected to a 5 GHz network only. No further issues found ovens are both preheating fine now with no further issues."
