Unable to duplicate complaint at this time. Customer states entire floor was flooded. States that he sucked something out of standpipe and used draino in standpipe. Unit worked 2-3 times with no leaks. Only evidence found of leaking is from load and go tank and bellow. Both small leaks and not likely to flood floor. "Cx complaint that the garbage disposal is now making noise after the last repair on 7/10. I inspected the unit to confirm theres no other complaint. The DW works fine, the cx ran the disposal and said the noise it makes a new since the last repair. I explained that I came to service the DW and with the last repair being about 40 days ago its hard to determine if my previous service caused the new noise. I asked why she waited so long to call it in, she claimed to be out of town and had to cancel the previous appointment. The unit is working as designed."

"F3e1 error code, drain pump running and door locked. Let unit run, no water in tub. Eventually timed out and unlocked. Able to remove clothes and tested in quick wash, error code came right up and unit locked again with pump running.Mod / serial tag is worn off and unreadable. Guessed at model by looking at dryer tag. Found pressure sensor number, replaced and tested on rapid wash, operated fine, but lots of suds. Ran several cycles to help clear build up, using towel to remove excessive suds.; used 1 WPW10448876 (SWITCH-WL) from stock"

Door light will not turn off on the outside refrigerator occasionally will start chiming randomly. I found freezer light switch was completely frozen over due to a door gasket that was not sealing properly. I heated up door gasket and allowed gasket to reform to freezer. "Complaint start button is jammed. Cannot get start button to release. I found start button was pushed into hard. I had to take control board off of panel to release start button. I performed a diagnostics cycle. No error codes and fault history. Button that was stuck is not part of the control board. It is part of the panel and it is a separate part from the panel. If customer calls back, we will need to order the panel and the button."
