"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found unit is cooling fine, I ran multiple test concerning the IM. Test 59,96,97&120. All tests passed except 120, the IM mold did not move at all. I noticed the IM mold stuck in a harvest cycle not finding the home position. The unit needs a new IM to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is not starting at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx said she got the unit earlier this month and showed a receipt dated 8/12/23 from Home Depot (In warranty). I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit has no error codes in service mode, but it did not start a service cycle. I tried to start multiple normal cycles as well, they did not work either. The UI lights correctly correspond with specific commands, but no action is being carried out. The unit needs a new control board, and UI console just in case, to resolve the issue.
