I checked the float switch and found the float switch housing with water in it. I removed the water and ran a service cycle. No leaks were found. The cx mentioned he used a type of soap that created a lot of suds. I suggested using a different type of soap to avoid this issue again. The unit is working as designed.

"Found plastic water line going to refrigerator pinched off at union tying the 2 lines together (wall/fridge) the plastic line from home is about completely pinched off due to not having a spleen running thru the plastic tube to keep it circular which is cutting off water pressure from house not allowing proper water flow out door dispenser. I advised customer that plumber has to resolve this problem and i RECOMMENDED getting a 1/4 inch braided line to attach to fridge, plastic lines will become hard and brittle and will crack causing water issues. Ran unit thru diagnostics no fault code found. Checked voltage coming in from house its was good ran unit with a load on it and it held at 240. Checked heater to make sure it wasnt grounded to frame of housing. Did find the dryer pushed back against wall cramping the flex the dryer also had a elbow coming off the back of it added and additional 6 ft to a already restricted pipe. Pulled dryer out from wall advised customer to take elbow off back of dryer its not needed and use the straight run out of house thats possible to do. I checked the cord wires at terminal all were in proper location and tightened securely. I never got the unit to trip breaker so I advised customer to make these corrections and call us if needed.(Call complete)

Top panel is t seated properly but can be fixed when replacing panels. Customer said that the whirlpool lady for the builder said they were going to replace the unit. I told her all I can do is quote all the parts and they will have to talk to whirlpool to either replace or pay for parts since its out of the 30 day closing date.
