Customers complaint is dishwasher still randomly giving long drain error code. Arrived and customer had a load running. Canceled load and it drained properly. Ran diag and found no error codes stored. Drained and filled several times and each time the water drained with no problem. Found the hose clear and the hose properly looped under sink. Cant duplicate any problems at this point. If problem continues recommend taking a picture of the error code on panel. Have already replaced control and pump in previous visits.

Complaint unit makes a noise. Ran fan test no noise. Ran compressor test. After a few minutes the unit started to have viberation noise. Pulled the unit forward and the noise went away. Unit tested ok.

Replaced cooktop. Tested ok.

On bake the temp will only get to 230-240 degrees. Broil and connect work fine. No heat from bake element. Tested at the board element open. Needs new bake element. ; ordrng 1 WPW10207398 (Hidden Bake element)

Complaint that the unit is leaking water from the back and found error code F9E1 pond drain. Ran diagnostic test and all running normal. Found coins in the washer. Removed all coins. Found no issues with the valve or drainage. No issues found with the washer nor leakage. Collected minor repair charge.

Dishwasher not draining. Pump only hums. Removed pump found propeller broken. Replaced pump and ran self test all checks ok. ; used 1 W10876537 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

Installed new harness and unit finally working properly.

Retuned to install new harness and pump. Installed parts and reassembled unit. Ran unit through service mode and then drain spin cycle. Unit working as designed.

"Broken freezer handle, missing, and mount broken, repair would be a new door. Also not getting water/ice. Can hear valve humming. With door no able to fix she will replace unit. Collected for service call only, split payment between both appliances looked at.Door in nla"

"Unit taking long time to complete cycles, seems to be sitting for extended periods of time. Ran unit on rinse and spin, filled, agitated, drained fine, went into spin fine.Did take extra to complete, but increasing remaining time though running empty.Went through full tests with office lead tech.Recalibrated.Ran auto test fine, showed basket speed during spin and got to 1800.Error history.Dc (door switch), 3c2 (wash motor), 4c (water supply), ddc (door switch)Ran through rinse and spin again since wasnt tested in cycle after recalibration. Customer complained of f9e1 error now and unit wont drain. Upon arrival found f9e1 error found voltage to pump but pump not running. Pump would run then stop and wouldnt run. Replaced drain pump from ts. Reassembled unit and Ran component activation to test all functions. Showed customer unit working properly including draining. "Door not closing properly, found door closer worn on right door and missing screw. Added second screw and holding much better, gave quote for replacing if they decided to do so"

"Customer complained unit not working , not heating. Upon arrival unit was in new build. Found burners would come on but not heat. Found unit had 243 on L1 and 120 to L2 and 120 to L 1 to L2. Unit not wired properly in the home. Unit is wired correctly at pigtail to terminal. Informed customer/ builder issue is with the power. Ran service mode and unit didnt make any noise, found out of balance load error. checked suspension and unit suspension good, took off tub ring and no clothes inside drum between basket. Asked customer for towels and loaded a few towels and shirts and wet the laundry down and ran a drain/spin cycle, unit didnt get off balance. Informed customer unit is being overloaded or ran off balance and will bang around if clothes arent loaded properly. Customer doesnt speak good English so Informed to read use and care guide. Complaint that the unit is not dispensing water properly. Found bad water filter. Customer mentioned that the filter was a brand new filter and that the refrigerator water flow was ok before using the new filter. Customer will need to change the filter. Mentioned to the customer to prime the new filter first before adjusting the filter usage. Found no issues with the water pressure nor with the fridge. Calibrated water level.

Complaint dishwasher is leaking all over the floor. Coming out from underneath the front middle of the door. I found a gasket in the corners. Both corners has collapsed. I replaced door gasket. Also found middle rack was as low as it could go may be causing spray arm to stop midcycle creating an over spray condition. I checked front sides and back of dishwasher to make sure there was no leaks coming from the tub no leaks found at this time. Coming from tub. I checked bottom seal to make sure there was no debris in the bottom seal. No debris found. I checked hinges I did find drain hose was heavily pinched. I corrected drain hose issue. I ran a diagnostic cycle also discovered heavy Sudsing occurring recomended customer to not wash dishes with detergent before placing in dishwasher. No additional issues found with dishwasher at this time.; used 1 W11483553 (GASKET) from stock

Found unit has a bad bake ignitor. Broil ignitor ok. Quoted $89.99 for ignitor and $239 for labor. ; ordrng 1 12400035 (IGNITOR FLAT)

Found dryer had noisy drum supports. Quoted $79.99 for dryer maintenance kit and $199 labor charge. Replaced worn parts and delinted dryer including the lint screen area. RECOMMEND HAVING VENT CHECKED AND CLEANED IF NECESSARY. ; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock
