Door just needs an extra push on the left side to fully close and get contact with left switch to run. Called techline and informed of issue. It completed the test but never filled. I jumped the water valve (L&V), nothing happened. I checked voltage at the valve. There was 122v when water was dispensed and 121v when the IM was jumped. The unit needs a new dual valve to resolve the issue. The ice bin is warped as well making it difficult for the bin to stay in place without falling. Cx complaint that the unit has a very hard time opening the door and the paint finish along the cabinet is peeling. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine. The door is more difficult to open the longer it stays closed (first time in the AM is the most difficult). The new rubber lining the cabinet does have good friction with the door causing the issue. Paint remnants are on the door gasket from the cabinet paint peeling. I called techline to document the issue. They recommended touch up paint to resolve the issue. "Complaint water will not dispense from the door. Just replace the water filter only a month ago. Had great water pressure until a couple days ago. I found filter is completely clogged. Has black sediment coming out of the filter after shaking it. Filter is completely clogged. Customer does have lower than expected. Water pressure. Customer has a piercing valve installed behind the refrigerator, we do not recommend that style valve ever be used because it creates a water restriction. I removed water filter unit had full water pressure low. Still lower than expected, but is dispensing perfectly fine out of door. I replaced water valve assembly anyways. No change in water pressure. No additional issues found with refrigerator. Unit has been making ice. ice bin is completely full. Customer did state that the last time she change the water filter she did notice water on her floor. Upon arrival there was no water on the floor and floor was completely dry. No indication of where water may have come from. Complaint that the unit has marks on the cooktop. Found no cracks nor discoloration on the glass. Was able to remove some of the spots on the glass with just water and paper towel. Showed customer how the marks could be removed and that they are not permanent. Mentioned to the customer that the glass just needed proper cleaning. No parts needed to be ordered.

Cx complaint that the top rack will not stay in place. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the clip at the end of the rack has separated not allowing it to stay in place. I found big flat bar ignitor in lower oven was open resistance igniter had failed. I replaced flat bar. Glo ignitor tested operations of entire cooktop. No gas leaks. Found leaking from door due to oversudsing. All suds removed. Cycled unit and verified no leaks. All functions check ok. Instructed customer on proper detergent use and loading.
