I reformed the door gasket by heating it up and verified doors now producing a tight seal door gasket was not sealing properly, causing frosting issue and bowl of ice to form on the side of the door."

"Unit under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.Unit will not turn on. No voltage at terminal, no voltage at outlet. Lower right breaker on left breaker box was tripped, reset and drier running. Allowed to run on high heat timed dry for ten minutes with no issues. Heating fine. Possible weak breaker, but unit is testing ok.Also complained of loads not being dry when done, explained sensor can be fooled, can run timed dry. Also keep filter and vent clear."

"Customer complained unit stop cooling , customer had cut off unit. Upon arrival started unit up and compressor started, found no frost pattern, found Freon had leaked out for the most part. Had very low pressure. Barged with nitrogen to check for leaks. Checked for leaks with bubble test around compressor and everyone in back of u it. No leaks detected. Checked evap in refrigerator side and checked lines going to evap in ref, no leaks on visible lines, checked freezer evap with bubble test and no leaks found. Bubble tested around hinges to check for possible leaks there no bubbling up. Rechecked several points and can no find leak , think leak is in frame in lines going to ref evap but cant reach. Sr# 7737107436 techline said to put in 140 psi nitrogen and check levels of compressor no leaks still found. Got levels hooking up and found low side had vaccum -19 to 21psi and high side had 21-22psi the standing or equalized pressure was 10psi. Techline put unit up for review. Informed customer whirlpool will contact with further information per review."

Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran two service cycles. I did not identify any leaks at all. I did check under the unit and seen I small amount of water accumulated near the rear right foot. The cx has an imbalance issue before which may have contributed to the small leak. I Installed the drip pan the cx purchased and calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
