"Complaint, freezer door gasket in the top right hand corner is not ceiling water leaking on the floor issues occurring. Have a frost, heavy snow on ceiling and sides of the freezer. Icemaker is cycling fine icemaker is turned off. Will need to be turned on to work with switch. Water dispensing just fine. Found hose behind refrigerator was pinched, preventing water from dispensing from door and ice from making. No further issues found with refrigerator after adjusting door gasket, reforming door gasket and un pinching waterline hose. House is a new build still under heavy construction. no one has closed on the house yet."

"I replaced door gasket that was leaking. I replaced dispenser that was leaking last visit, allowing rinse agent to create an over sudsing condition. I replaced lower gasket seal. It was allowing dishwasher to leak out the bottom of the door a lot and I tested operations also replaced heating element that was stopping spray arm treating overspray condition causing dishwasher to leak as well, I ran a diagnostic cycle a test cycle calibration cycle as well as a one hour wash cycle. I verify dishwasher is no longer leaking. House is under construction customer. Use dishwasher and woke up and discovered floor was extremely squishy and water had come out from underneath the door of the dishwasher Since last visit ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10703867 HEATER 1 W10861000 DISPENSER , and 1 W11177741 GASKET"

"Retuned to install new control, ran u it and cut popped and cut off when it got to drain . Inspected drain pump and harness but didnt see any loose wires, cuts or that drain pump visually bad. Found drain pump resistance lower than normal. Unit drain pump could have caused previous issue. It couldnt test unit unit control was replaced. Unit unlocked and started normally just cut off and popped causing control board to short, no thermal damage noted on new board but thermal smell noticed. Ordering harness also in case of short in wires . Has continuity through wires to pump to board but still not sure of its a minor short somewhere. Ordering control board , harness and drain pump.
