Complaint was washing bedding in the washing machine. Tried to walk across the room. I found F0 E3 anF0E5 error codes and fault. History cleared codes. No additional issues found I checked suspension rods. I checked drive belt. I checked lower and unit. No additional issues found no abnormal noises heard as well Noise customers hearing is from drain tube slapping underneath washing machine. Everything is tight. Instructed customer on proper loading procedures. Customer has been overloading washer machine consistently.

"Complaint light switch in freezer not allowing lights to turn on. I found that when freezer light was having the issue, so was the fresh food section switch both lights in fresh food zone and freezer zone would not turn on when either door was opened. I suspect light module is the cars are the issue light module is a delay, style light module slow fade. Customer installed lights that were aftermarket lights. Recently light switch is hard firmed in place cannot remove switch without damaging liner. If it is the switch and not the light module unit, not repairable."

"Unit covered by 1yr wp warranty and Costco additional warranty, took photo of receipt.Was getting a little frost in fr, keeping temp fine, light was out. Door switch had a little frost on it, cleared and working fine. Explained door closer and how it can leave door open if not opening from center of door handle, demonstrates. Door gaskets all sealing fine. Light occasional frost normal if putting in lots of items at once.. depending on weather. All operations normal at this time."

"Customer had water leak, her floors were ruined, took pictures before work and had her sign disclaimers. Water was off. Unit was partially pulled out and pulled out and got behind unit took off back panel and didnt. See any leaks. Drain line was clear. Turned on water. Found leak to water dispenser at water valve. Found hose to dispenser, on the output side of the water valve was leaking, found hose wasnt pushed in far enough. Pulled out hose and reinserted hose and found unit not leaking now. Ran icemaker and water dispenser and no water leaking now. Customer complained of rollers making marks on her floor when she had it pulled out. Damage prior to my work. Informed her her rollers were working properly and her leg on the left side hadnt been lifted all the was and caused issue. Showed her rollers were working properly and can cause makers on wood floors. Informed her this is a design of the unit and cant be repaired. Unit working as designed. Verified proper operation. Collected trip fee via card."

Cx complaint that the unit is still leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error code: f10e2. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. I found a white residue on the left side of the door going down to the hinge. There were no leaks during the test cycle. I replaced the gasket with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed ; used 1 W11498831 (GASKET) from stock
