"Both sections too warm, 55 in rf, 46 in fr. Acting Same as before repair.In diagnostics showing open fr thermistor. Removed fr evap cover and no frost on evap. Noticed light not working, but would when opening other doors. Went to test thermistor and found plug not fully seated, pushed in and light came on and now passing thermistor test.Ran test 4. Rf evap fan running at step 4, fr evap running at step 5 and starting to get frost on fr evap.Going to have cs monitor. If continues redo sealed system but it looks like a loose harness was the issue. Did check fr evap for leaks with uv light/goggles all clear."

"Cs run with affresh and cycle after same thing, says stopped at about 20 minutes into cycle. Filter is clear. Tested light wash. Filled fine and water level looks good. Drain directly into some no drain line, repositioned drain hose to go up farther in cabinet before going to drain for better air gap.Let unit run for about 30+ minutes, gave h2o error during a fill mode at that point, water level seemed ok.At this point looks to be pressure switch, with inlet valve and main control also being a possibility. "Customer complained unit front left burner wasnt working. Tried cleaning out orifice and was able to get proper gas flow after clearing debris from inside burner orifice. Customer also complained lights in oven not working And if he shakes unit left side bulb will come on and off. Upon inspection found wire damaged to light bulb socket, causing short to bulb socket. Was able to repair wire and left side light came on, found right side light bulb just needed replacing ,informed customer to just buy bulb for that issue and showed him how to install bulb, and that bulbs were not covered under warranty. Verified proper operation."
