"Control ordered was the left control, not the right. Installed board received and all buttons test fine. Cs says she has continued to have intermittent issues pressing button. Had her use keypad to recreate and I can see she is hitting button in the upper left, her fingernails and angle make it more natural. But I demonstrated when buttons hit center they were working fine for me. Cs will use as is and if thinks she still has an issue will call whirlpool for us to come out again. If issue seems to be more then how button is pressed, preorder right side control in stainless."

"Found the top not fastened down correctly on the frame which was allowing top to vibrate. I adjusted top and fastened down correctly. I also found the washer extremely unlevel, I adjust the legs and leveled machine off. Put unit into service mode no fault codes were present. I put unit into drain/spin mode and let unit spin out all components are operating normal. I did advised customer that this is a suspended tub and she may have to redistribute the clothes if it gets out of balance as its mentioned in owners manual. Unit ran and checked okCall complete"

"Complaint unit is draining but not spinning.Found plastic guard that covers motor and cam on the floor underneath washer, I also found one of the green Phillip screws that hold actuator in place was loose and was about to fall out. I retightened the screw and mounted actuator back in proper position I do not know if it was messed with before I arrived or these pieces had work there way out over time. Put unit into drain /spin mode and unit spun out fine. I then put unit into rinse/spin cycle. Unit drained and was spinning on all cycles."

Found RF burner valve locked up and will not turn. Customer said she dropped some gravy down in the hole where burner valve is located. In order to make this a good repair the burner valve needs to be replaced the cosmetic rings around the burner valves have all come off and customer wants a quote on those.customer has decided to go with customer will glue rings back down.Part#W11512355; ordrng 1 W11512355 (Burner assembly)

Upon arrival I checked power coming to dryer it was good. Then I checked to make sure all terminals at block were good and tight. When I pulled dryer out from wall there was a lot of extra vent hose in the back and it was pinched and formed like the letter S I straightened out vent pipe and let unit run away from wall pulled out I also checked exterior venting it is not attached to anything just blowing in the crawl space. Pushed unit back into place without pinching venting the dryer ran on time dry from 40 mins down to 20 minutes and never tripped the breaker. All wiring and heater are good nothing touching cabinet. At this time I would say the dryer was getting to hot and tripped the breaker by passing safeties inside of dryer. This does happen from time to time.Call complete

"Customer complained drawers wont pull out and push in smoothly. He demonstrated and it seemed the drawers were catching as they slid in and out. The drawers in mention are both left and right crisper drawers. Took pictures of drawers and drawer slides, inspected parts and didnt any flaws or breaks in drawers or drawer slides. Took pictures of drawers. Drawers didnt seem to catch as much when I pulled them out or pushed them in, but I was slightly picking up on them as I moved the drawers. Ran finger along slides and no burs or damage felt . Drawers do not have wheels and are designed to rely on the plastic sides of the drawers to slide on the plastic drawer guides or slides .Customer said that the drawers are brand new and hes already had another company come out and order the drawers and replaced them and the issue was the same upon return. Called tech line to inform on issue. Customer said that he tried to get refund or unit replaced and it was denied , he said if its not fixed hes just going to call whirlpool again. Talked to tech line and tech line agreed unit is working as designed. Sent pictures to techline . Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor and fans are working fine but the evap is covered in ice. I removed the ice and found the brown defrost heater wire disconnected as well as the temp sensor not on the insulated sleeve. I secured the brown wire and put the temp sensor in the correct position. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that they are having the same issue. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the UI flashing f9e1. I checked the drain pump connector at the control board, it was secure. I checked ohms and continuity from the control board J6 connector: 3.6 ohms reading but it had continuity. I checked the connector at the drain pump and found the black wire had a break but was not fully disconnected allowing intermittent success. I repaired the harness and wrapped it in e-tape. I started a normal cycle and let it run until it the rinse cycle. The unit is working as designed. I called techline to document the issue.Sr7737473371"
