"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. It did not successfully lock. The lid lock worked after the previous visit. The cx said the lid locked for about 3 days after the lid lock was replaced then went back to not locking the lid (it just continually clicks). I checked for error codes and found f5e3. The lid lock is in good condition with nothing obstructing the strike. I attempted multiple service cycles and normal cycles. It just clicks then stops when the lid needs to lock. I cycled the power and checked the connector, still not locking. While the unit is off it randomly activated the lid lock attempting to engage a few times while I was there. The lid is not bowed, crooked or bent preventing the lid lock from catching the strike. Im ordering a new lid lock and a control board to fully resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11513248 (Lid lock) and 1 W11513246 (Control board)"
