"Checked over dryer and found metal sensor had ripped out of lint screen housing breaking sensor and housing this is causing dryer to not sense a drying cycle, also unit is leaking water when running any steam cycle. Checked steam and found water inlet valve dripping water from back connection and from nozzle spraying against the door and leaking down the front onto floor, checked nozzle and found not spraying correctly causing front leak checked rear valve and found dripping at mold connection and dripping from hose tried to tighten but washer is not making a good connection. Complaint when after cooking in the oven is completed and I leave the oven door open the fan will kick on very high also once the oven door latched and would not unlatch and could smell a burning smell. I could not find any error codes in diagnostics history I placed unit into a self clean cycle and verified smell was only gassing during a clean cycle I preheated oven to 350 could not find any issues with oven or abnormal odors either. I verified connectors and unit no electrical odors or issues seen. Customers are new to this type of technology touch screen I suspect highly recommend customer NOT to leave oven doors open to allow unit to cool down faster and control or touch screen or sensor damage may occur.
