Customer complaint is that dishwasher is not draining. Inspected and found drain pump is working. Drain hose is clogged with debris all the way through to garbage disposal. Spray arms are also clogged along with wash motor. Diverter is not working only clicking. Quoted customer for P&L. Customer will buy new.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not starting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I calibrated the unit and started a normal cycle, it started with no issues. I asked the cx to run a normal cycle with clothes, we discovered he may have been holding the start button too long resulting in the cycle canceling. I suggested to hold the start button a shorter time to prevent this issues moving forward. The unit is working as designed."

"Complaint refrigerator, forming a bowl of ice at the top of the refrigerator freezer section top of the liner. I found a gap at the top corner of the liner, thick enough for me to put my pinky into. I sealed gap in liner with silicone adhesive food grade. A reformed door gasket found door gasket also was slightly deformed at the top of the freezer door I tested operations to make sure door is shutting properly. Make sure everything is in alignment as well. As far as the door Cisco no additional issues found with door at this time. "Complaint compressor was replaced unit not getting cold in the freezer section properly. I found compressor was not installed properly filter dryer. Still the factory filter dryer has never been changed. I found compressor was way overcharged compressor. Vacuum is a positive for psi no way to check high side pressures compressor making a loud, buzzing noise unit will need a new compressor and will need to be purged with nitrogen upon re-placement. Refrigerant that was currently installed is non-reactive to flame does not appear to be our 600. When small minute amounts were purged from process tube. No issues found with evaporator core fourth control board found at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11370574 (Compresser)"

Customers complaint is when using bake the oven will shut off and give E-0A( oven temp sensor fault) ohmed out sensors at room temp found 1.1k let heat up to 350 and tested sensors found 1.6k ohms the sensors are testing good. Preheated oven to 350 and met cycle and the oven cycled and didnt pop up any error codes. Would recommend replacing main PCB. Cant duplicate any problems today.

"Appoint dishwasher, not draining 100% of all the water out of the dishwasher. Water still is remaining at the end of the cycle. I found with the water that is in the dishwasher is underneath of the filter when the filter is removed that amount of water is normal if the water level is ever over the top of the filter screen And that is not normal. Customer is not experiencing that specific issue only about a cup of water in the bottom of the dishwasher underneath of the filter remains. I found that when dishwasher is draining the garbage disposer is foaming over Sudsing up. No issues with draining found at this time. Educated customer on normality of the dishwasher heater is also working perfectly fine customer also complaining about how dishes are not drying no rinse agents being used in the rinse aid dispenser. Customer needs to fill rinse aid dispenser. And add rinse agent at least once a month to dispenser. Also, customer needs to run hot water at sink faucet cleared of seven E1 error code incoming water temperature to cold error code, Dishwasher is a plastic tub dishwasher. plastic is an insulating material, causing a poor drying performance issue. that is why rinse agent is required for proper drying performance."

Unit is operational however is throwing a magnetron fault due to a faulty inverter. Customers complaint is water leaking. Tested several times and found no leaks. Found the kitchen faucet dripping under sink. Cant duplicate any problems with dishwasher customer using laundry pods.

"Found f1e4 error , replaced control board , unit still not working, found frame of microwave warped, unit had been dropped the damages were not allowing the door switches to make up because of warp framed, There is no way to make a good repair on this microwave. Tech line said to get customer to get customer to call customer service for any for any further information."

"Complaint, neither the refrigerator or the freezer are getting cold at all. I found compressor has completely failed is extremely hot to the touch locked up as I was moving the refrigerator the compressor came back on and started making a loud banging noise for a split second unit will need a compressor the jig for the compressor and a dryer to completely repair. Customer declined. Estimate is going to buy a new refrigerator."
