Complaint middle rack has fallen on the right hand side will not stay in holder. I found holder clip had fallen and gotten into the bottom of the dishwasher. A secured holder clip installed rack back into slide rail. No additional issues found everything is working properly customer also complained that the rear tine on the lower rack. Its an adjustable tine had come out and was no longer staying in position at resecure time tested operations no additional issues found without either dishwasher is operating normally with no further issues.
