"I tried to install the ordered part for the cx, but the new door assembly does not have the bracket to hold the double insulated glass in place. I checked the original door and it was not crooked or warped, nor were the hinges. I checked the unit and its perfectly leveled. The issue is the door rubbing the door molding on the right side. With the unit being level I checked the door molding and its crooked. It bows outward, its even at the floor but bows to the left gradually with height. The unit is good to go but the cx would still like to replace the upper door assembly. I called techline to document the issue with the door. They suggested to research with the parts provider because everything looks good on service matters. Im ordering the part for the return visit. The part number is different on service matters, I copied the part number directly.7736643102; ordrng 1 W11296087 (Upper door assembly)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not filling with water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f4e3. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, no water entered the unit. All other components were fine. I checked voltage at the water valve during filling from the control, it sent 122v and the water valve solenoid vibrated. 123 volts were sent to the drain pump while it ran and the float switch works fine as well. I removed the hose at the valve and no water came out with the valve wide open. The unit is fine, water supply from the home is the issue."

"Cs says unit had stopped making ice and freezer was warm. Also another company had been out and a lot of work was done previously, but no record of what, thinks all boards. On arrival there was half a bin of ice and freezer is cooling, measured 5 in freezer, fan/compressor running.41 in rf, set at 37 & -5. Cs said freezer had been full of frost. Took Evap cover off and showing good frost pattern, no ice blocks, fan running well.By description of failure and current state of unit, it looks like warm air had gotten into freezer, frosted up, but unit has since recovered and is in phase of cooling down again. Cs to monitor.Leveled unit to even out top doors."
