"Checked over unit and found customer had issue with ice maker not making ice and water not dispensing then it started to work, checked temp setting and found fridge at recommended and freezer at 3 degrees, set freezer to -1 ran a diagnostics cycle and checked errors, found no errors for ice maker and machine, customer had unit set to 37 and it was to cold they adjusted it to 38 and unit started to work. Checked temps and found reading 40 in fridge and 2 in freezer advised ice and water line had froze and thawed out from cold temp setting, advised temps are now set to normal and reset cntrl advised to give unit 24 hrs so temps can regulate. Unit is now operating to specs all temps are proper"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The cycle completed but no heat was produced. I pulled the unit out and checked the element ohms reading, it read OL. I replaced the element (new element read 13.5 ohms) and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. Cx signed the waiver because the DW hole is tight and flooring is uneven."

"Unit had been noise, cs believed it was from back and not cooling, then noise stopped and cooling again prior to arrival, kept appt to check unit out. Machine compartment fine, fan / compressor operating as normal. Did find rf door flap not engaging, leaving rf not sealed. Doors had adjustments on bottom posts, raised doors and engaged flap, properly sealing doors. Left gasket slightly torn but sealing fine at this time. Best guess unit wasnt sealing and frosted up freezer evap and that was sound heard,managed to clear in defrost and returned to operation, door flap was likely intermittently engaging."
