The unit progressed through the service cycle with no issues. I checked to see if heat was produced at the end of the cycle, no heat was produced and I seen damage on the heater element. The element will need to be replaced. The pump filter is deformed as well. It does not sit in position correctly preventing the spray arm from spinning, because it makes contact with the pump filter. Took pictures of dents and scuffs. She said she just wants the door to work. Checked gaskets several times and door gaskets are sealing properly. "Put unit into normal wash and it filled and started agitating and then I put it into spin drain and the unit drained the water with no leaks. Invisibly inspected the pump,fill hoses,drain hose,water valve and everything is dry. The tub does have a good bit of play in it maybe the tub is shifting when it is loaded and water is splashing over the side or if unit is over loaded it has the potential to sling water over the top. This unit is 30 yrs old. Its the old wig wag model. I ask customer to do some loads and keep eye on it and take pictures so we can correctly determine where the water is coming from. I advised to call office when we have some evidence."

"Complaint, dripping, noise, heard, coming from the back of the washing machine. Near drain area. No dripping noises heard at this time I suspect dripping noise is more than likely the air conditioning system dripping water off of the evaporator when the evaporator goes in the defrost. No error codes in control fault history performed calibration cycle diagnostic cycle as well. No error codes at the end of the cycle. Only dripping noises heard was due to water in the detergent, dispenser fabric softener area after running a diagnostics cycle. cannot find any issues with the washing machine today. Cannot duplicate customers complaint either."
