Customer stated dishwasher did not leak for seven days after last repair had no issues and then after seven days it started leaking. Leak usually occurs from half way point in the dishwasher cycle towards the end of the dishwasher cycle is very intermittent when dishwasher will leak some days it will not leak other days it will leak using the exact same normal cycle with high temp wash and heated dry no other options selected. No Sudsing issues occurring when water is leaking. I suspect sprayer may be getting stuck. Causing overspray condition to occur. One batch of ice three days ago has not dropped ice since then gasket on the bottom of the freezer is not attached to the freezer door gasket on the refrigerator. Also falling off. I found gaskets were not properly installed into door channel. I install door gaskets into channel. I also had to heat door gaskets to reform gaskets as gaskets were heavily warped doors are not warped, no issues with doors. Door handles are missing caps. I am ordering caps and icemaker. I tried to cycle, icemaker by hand and ice got stuck would not dispense ice after 15 minutes of waiting for icemaker to finish cycling had the heat icemaker with hairdryer heater is not coming on on the bottom of the icemaker. Im ordering all burner heads and orifice holder to resolve the issue. The cx paid for the service fee by CC. She will contact us for the repair."

I removed the light switch and found the connector head missing on one of the wires. The yellow wire only has an exposed wire at its end. The other connector is fine. Put some clothes in washer Then put into diagnostics and there were no fault codes present. So I put unit on normal cold wash load and found cold water solenoid completely stopped up with debris. To much in there so I just replaced water valve part# W11165546. I also calibrated the tub to make sure it was sensing proper weight. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete); used 1 W11165546 (Water valve) from stock

F6E2 communication error. Could not run diagnostics cycle or calibration. Could not run any cycles at all only have access to error codes. Quoted customer on new UI panel and install and he decided to go with a new washer.

Found dryer vent to long and pinched cut it down and reattached. Ran unit thru diagnostics and had no fault codes or mechanical failures. I wiped touch sensor down and explained to customer how touch sensor works and some times clothes may come out a little damp. I advised customer that time dry is a better option a dryer working correctly should dry a load of clothes in 45 to 50 mins. Time sense dry is a least that long sometimes longer. Advised customer to use since some corrections were made and reach out to us if needed. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

Customer complaint is that dishwasher is not cleaning dishes properly. Ran diagnostics and got error codes F4e3 wash motor not running. F7e1 no heat. Ran automatic test cycle and found wash motor was not getting voltage. Checked voltage at junction box and it is 120V to control. Tested voltage at wash motor circuit on control and voltage is inconsistent. Max voltage reading is 108.8V and it fluctuates. Ordered control. ; ordrng 1 W11087226 (control elec)

Checked unit found shipping brackets not removed this is not under warranty removed bolts tested operation normal
