Cox complaint that the unit is not drying the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. All components passed and heat was produced by the element. I noticed the rinse aid dispenser was empty. The cx said it used to have efficient drying. I suggested using the rinse aid as instructed by the manufacturer for optimal drying performance. I left the part with the cx.
