Checked over unit due to machine leaking from front door in the middle found wile filling with water float switch not stopping unit from over flowing causing water to fill up to high and over flow from door. Found float stuck fixed and reinstalled float also found unit tipping forward adjusted legs and ran a wash cycle. Checked for leaking and unit is now dry and operating to proper specs

"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit. Still no water dispensing into the IM. I checked voltage at the control. P3-4 & p1-2 at the control has 122v when water is dispensed but nothing when water is sent to the IM. I assumed it was a control issue for not having voltage at the p3-4 & p1-2 connectors. When I left the unit I looked at the tech sheet again and seen power going directly to the IM not from connector of the water valve. I called techline to document the issue, they recommended trying the airmen again and checking continuity of the tan wire from the IM to the valve. The issue is not the control board. Im ordering another IM and will check the tan wire for voltage and call techline again if there are issues. Im ordering the part for the return.; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Ice maker)"

"Customer complained of no cool. Upon arrival found partial frost pattern and compressor running. Last tech installed compressor and witnessed full Prost pattern before leaving completed call. Loaded up nitrogen at 140 and put bubble test on all points to check for leaks on compressor, filter drier, and inside unit around evap coil in freezer. Checked with black light also and no dye found. Loaded back up to 140 and made sure all connections on equipment was tight and not leaking. Unit slowly dropped again. Callled techline to Inform of possible leak in cabinet. Techline said unit will review unit, unit not repairable . Check unit for noise operation and banging as per customer request. Remove top cover and visible check for objects or loose connection including shipping bolts remove from day of install. Instruct customer to follow the cycle instructions in accordance with the clothing she is washing. Unit check working to specs.

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f0e2. I checked the bellow and found a sock in the lower part of the bellow blocking the holes for water to exit. There were no tears in the bellow, I did notice residue building on the side of the door potentially creating a surface where water can escape. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issue. I suggested for the cx to clean the bellow and inner door where it makes contact with the bellow occasionally. The unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the oven is not meeting or hold set temps. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. Th burner head work fine. I tested broil, it work fine as well. However bake does stay lit. The igniter clicks and the flame lights, but it continues to click for a few seconds then the flame and igniter turn off completely. The temp got up to 200degrees, that because the convection element turns on supply heat. I called techline to document the issue. They recommended adjusting the bake burner tube air valve at the neck of the burner tube. It was wide open. I closed it half way and tested the unit. The flame lit immediately on the first click. Found dishwasher improperly installed with long screws and washers instead of using proper size screws so that the plastic cap could snap back on. The plastic caps for either side were not present when I was here. The unit had just been installed I Advised customer to reach out to installer and have them come back and properly fasten dishwasher to side of cabinets. I advised the customer this is there (1 instruct and install). Advised customer this improper install if not corrected will void manufacturers warranty and cause water damage. Customer said they were reaching out to installer immediately and they would reach out to whirlpool for 2 more plastic caps to cover mounting screw brackets

"Found terminal block and cord burnt up do to loose wire from machine going to block causing heat build up and burning the block and cord beyond repair. Complaint had a power surge and after that unit would no longer heat in oven. I found resistor on spark module is blackened. Unit will need control and bake spark modules to fix. Customer declined repair is going to contact power company as they have a surge protector

Units spray arm has come detached and has melted to the heater. Inspected coupler to find no real damage. Unit has discoloration on the heating element from where the spray arm had melted to it. I replaced compressor. I tested operation I found leak in condenser coil. Lockring Fitting to inner coil between door. I repaired leak replaced filter drier as well no additional issues or leaks found evaporator has a full frost pattern now. ; used 1 W11506635 (COUPLER 6 NF MS SV) from stock

Found cracked smart valve due to the freezing weather this past winter. Will order new one.; ordrng 1 WPW10455331 (valve)

Replaced bottom door found freezer door gasket is also keeps coming off ordering freezer door; ordrng 1 W1068072 (Door freezer white)
