Found heater operating normally and unit drying as designed advised customer unit will leave some moisture on dishes with a regular drying cycle may need to use extended dry or crack the door open when done to help remove moisture in tub. I ran a service cycle, it completed with no issues. I tried to remove the rotor to check the slider and clutch area. I was not able to remove the rotor screw to the point where it broke my bit, the screw is too tight.
