The was cooling fine when I arrived. The ice bin is full of ice and both sections are at good temps. I ran a few tests in diagnostics: 3 & 4 for the evap fans and compressor. All tests passed with no issues. The cx was out of town for awhile and noticed ice cream and ice melted upon her return. The cx may have experienced a power outage. Unit is a big built in. The freezer is full of ice so is the ice maker bucket. I have ordered parts to try and make this repair good. I was not able to pull unit out due to size. The unit is installed on other side of sink and water line cut off is not in cabinets beside fridge. I assume the cutoff is behind the fridge but I cannot get to it to cut water off Im cutting off icemaker till we return. "Tested washer due to unit making a loud squealing noise when unit would get to a high speed spin, checked errors and found F0e3 over loaded ran unit thew step 52 and found when machine would agitate it would clunk and make a grinding noise, checked rotor and found Gearcase leaking oil and some water all over stator and rotor checked clutch and same issue covered in oil making unit slip and make noise wile washing. Unit will need new Gearcase,clutch,stator customer will hold off and replace washer"

"Checked over unit and found fridge section dripping water from evaporator removed touch panel and found ice building up on evaporator causing water to drip, melted ice to remove evap cover and found evaporator frozen up again not defrosting it self. Checked thermistor and found reading 683 ohms defrosting unit and ran, wile running checked compressor and frost pattern and found compressor line freezing up and building up frost on it checked pressures on low side on unit and found reading 6 psi found unit running to cool causing line to freeze up and unit to over frost evaporator, released Freon until, unit read correctly and frost went away checked evap and unit still giving a good frost pattern. Will order new harness with thermistor due to wrong reading and return with parts ; ordrng 1 W10565852 (Harness)"

Completely not drying I found error code F7e1 Control programmed to disable heater but continue running cycles if it detects a water heating problem.Running diagnostics clears the control and allows the heater to turn on again. Water heating problem must be corrected or the control will disable the heater again incoming water to cold rinse aid dispenser was set to max also creating an over suds condition leading to a poor dry performance. I tested operations could not find any additional issues with the dishwasher. Everything is working normally and as it should be. Heater is functioning properly took picture showing heater is working fine.
