Complaint Washer machine will get stuck at 26 to 25 minutes on quick wash will spin for over 4 to 5 hours with drain pump running. Drain pump is extremely loud ever since last company was here. I found control board error codes. F1e1 f1e2 f2e1 f3e2 f6e1 f0e3 I am ordering a new control board and user interface based on error codes and fault history. I cleared all error codes. Performed a quick wash cycle. Verified error codes in quick wash reoccurred along with F1 E1. And F2 E1 error codes in fault history after quickwash quickwash would never progress past 25 minutes hung up with no clothes in washing machine. Cx complaint that the unit is emitting a strong gas smell. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. All cooktop burners as well as oven functions are working fine. I used my gas detector to find any potential gas leaks. I found none. The cx said a plumber alleged that the leak is from the oven. I ran multiple bake and broil cycles and found leaks according to the electronic leak detector. I adjusted the burner tube valve to help burner more gas while it cooks. I explained to the cx that gas smell will be prevalent while its cooking. True gas leaks are detected even while its not running. The unit is working as designed.

This unit has been rebuilt new parts installedGearcaseClutchAgitatorSuspension rodsDrive blockSnap ringBeltCustomer complaint now is the unit is not spinning all the water out I have filled the tub with clothes gonna let it fill and agitate get the clothes good and saturated and then gonna put into spin cycle and see what unit does. There are no fault codes present on machine. Unit ran thru complete spin cycle and clothes were damp as they should be. The motor is turning at full rpm and the belt is good all other components are good. I did find the drain hose slightly pinched adjusted hose and advised customer to see how it does. Checked over oven and found display not showing up checked functions and unit will let u set a temp and bake also all other selection will beep and work just not show up on display. Removed control and checked display board for loose connection found everything connected and tight tried to reset board and ribbon cable but same issue no display. Unit will need new display board and high limit thermostat due to when using oven for a long period of time it will stop heating until cool then start again.
