Will need to be drilled and orifice holders will need to be replaced. No further issues found customer can use a match or a long lighter to ignite flame but well have to deal with clicking noise incessantly. For the entire duration of cooking. Complaint press start on the dishwasher and nothing happens. I found complaint true no noise no nothing. I found motor has failed. Replaced motor sump assembly tested operations. Dishwasher is now working fine. Cleared error codes 8-4 5-1 4-3 performed a diagnostics cycle. Dishwasher is operating properly no leakage occurring.

Complaint will not spin out every cycle sopping wet have to run a drain and spin cycle often. I found F0e2 only code in history ordering pressure switch to be safe. Pulled refrigerator out, very dirty behind and around compressor. Checked and found amp draw running high but compressor operating correctly. Advised customer that coils and compressor area need to be cleaned. Once cleaned unit May cool properly. If not it would likely need compressor replaced. We installed the control board a few days ago. The box looked like it been open multiple times it was taped up. The part may be used. The symptom is reoccurring. Customer just purchased dishwasher from the Home Depot store. Home Depot store failed to provide a valid model number of the appliance on the purchase receipts. Home Depot also pre-registered the appliance in 2022 canceling Call as customer was told by the store that it came with a one year warranty from date of purchase. Was not aware that unit had no warranty on it at all. Have a picture of the model number serial number and purchase receipt canceling call per office.

Complain dishwasher making chiming noise displaying F8 E4 will not start or complete a cycle. I found error codes F8e4 f9e2 replaced wash motor assembly tested operations motor come came with everything attached no further issues found overflow container was full of water as well. Causing unit to display F8E4 found over suds condition was root cause of that.

Complaint dryer will not get hot. I found incoming voltage. Its a little weird. But found thermal cut out was open. Found black to white 116.2 V red to white 124.3 V red to black 240.1 V replaced thermal cut out heater has 10.1 ohms of resistance and open to ground dryer is now heating perfectly fine; used 1 279816 (THERMAL KIT) from stock
