Cx complaint that items are freezing on the back of shelves in the RC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the damper (test 9) worked fine when I tested it multiple times. I removed the damper assembly and found ice built up on the lower part of the damper assembly. Cold air is escaping on the behind side of the damper even when the door is closed. I applied permagum around the border of the damper door seal to provide a better seal. I test d the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Cannot tighten door handle. Doorhandle keeps falling off middle pantry bin. I found set. Screw was covered in. Some sort of glue. Looks like it has never been properly. Tighten down from the get-go. Per customer. Customer has always had an issue with that handle never being tight. I resecured screw was able to remove adhesive glue. No additional issues found everything is working normally and properly.

"Tested unit and found machine would start a wash cycle then unit would stop half way threw and not finish washing, ran diagnostics and checked for errors found 6-4 wash motor error ran unit and found motor would cut out half way threw washing and never come back on. Replaced sump&motor and ran unit, found unit now washing but after a few min it would cancel it self out and drain never restarting. Went threw cntrl for a loose connection and everything is connected properly, checked touch panel and found unit had a stuck key canceling it self out. "Ran unit and found machine had been leaking water on left side of machine when running a wash cycle, ran unit and found when unit would switch to bottom spray arm it would pump water against the door overflowing it, used clear door and found water blowing out of feed tube connected to sump and then flowing over tub and onto floor, checked tube and found very loose and not making a seal, added some tape to help seal and ran unit found unit now sealing but would need the feed tub replaced for proper operation."
