"I found temperatures on control were set to -5° in freezer and 35° and fresh food section factory settings are 0° and 38°. I set refrigerator back to factory temperature specifications. I found no further issues with cooling in the refrigerator or the freezer zone food temperatures in the door of the refrigerator or 40° top shelf back or 34.3° Closest to the vent were air comes into the refrigerator from the freezer. I found the bottom shelf of the refrigerator is 36.5 unit seems to be slightly over packed in the refrigerator zone causing poor air circulation in refrigerator zone leading to cold and hot spots. Temperature in freezer is -4.9° in ice cream. I am assuming that issue that customer is having is strictly due to temperature settings on the door being set to low and poor air circulation, cost by food loading issues."

Only visible difference in old filter and new is on new filters O-ring is much thicker and guide pin is smaller. Customer ordered these filters online. "Replaced all parts ordered by Jon. I ask customer if unit had leaked since last visit and she said no. Running thru normal wash cycle the unit filled without leaking, my test cycle is being ran empty with just racks inside and there are no signs of leaking or any water trails of leaking in recent past. Drain hose has no holes, fill line is 3/8 steel with no leaks. Stainless steel tub in good shape. The customer ask about a heater because in appearance the heater looked warp but upon inspection I found right front corner not in its retaining bracket realigned heater is back level. With this being a very intermittent leak I also advised the customer if it does leak again, drop the door down on dishwasher and see whats loaded in the front. There very well could be a leak being creating by the way dishwasher is loaded. They can and will shoot water out the corners Id improperly loaded. Water leaks are normally consistent till repaired often times intermittent water leaks is caused by improper loading.. at this time the unit is not leaking all components are working normally.. ran and checked ok(Call complete)"

Complaint randomly leaks not always is about 1 time every other week. I found sound proofing insulation was wedged in bottom of tub pan between inner door causing dishwasher to leak. I removed insulation leveled dishwasher and performed several test cycles light sudsing no error codes no leaks found.

Unit is not cooling in the fresh food due to frost buildup in the evaporator housing. Cleared ice and let a frost pattern build to ensure that there is no refrigerant leaks. Unit has a full frost pattern. Unit has signs of air intrusion into the fresh food due to torn door gaskets. Quoted 808.33 customer is not going with the repair.

"Found right rear roller bad, besting making a loud noise. I replaced both rollers, idler roller, and belt. All other components are working normally. Cut down dryer vent, cleaned bottom of dryer out where lint was. Replaced part # 4392067. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete); used 1 4392067 (Roller assembly) from stock"

Found icemaker fridge door not level with right side fridge door. Dropped right side door down as far as possible I also took left side door off with icemaker and realigned door with hinge also made adjustment to hinge. I took out ice bucket and some small items out of right side door and was still high. Once I put the door back on the door realignment was much better but left side door was still a little high. I advised customer fridge was level and with the weight of icemaker and ice bucket along with items on bottom shelf make door heavy. At this time there is no other repairs that can be made.(Job complete)

Customer states someone just left an they need another compressor. Dosent need service i suppose.

Unit is not keeping temp due to a failed condenser fan motor.spun by hand unit started working again indicating a weak motor. ; ordrng 1 W10822259 (Condenser fan)

"Customer said the power surged a few days ago and unit kicked back on and is running normally. Checked for leak in seal system no leaks holding at proper Freon amount.Evap has a good frost pattern the damper motor is allowing cold air over to fridge section, suction line at compressor is good and hot. The evaporator fan motor is running, the compressor is running. Holding 38 degrees in fresh food section and -2 in freezer section. Ice maker is producing ice at a normal pace. "Found cold air getting in on right top and side of freezer door. I heat treated the gasket and realigned the door and raise the front up a little bit. The gasket is sealing all way around the frame and at this time there is no air escaping or warm air getting in. No cracks in corner seams of frame, I see nothing in freezer that would allow warm air in other than the door gasket being the frost is up front on right side. Gonna advise customer to let it rGo for a couple of days and see how it does. Again I emphasize please push door shut with center of handle till you feel it secure against the frame. If customer calls back I would suggest calling tech line and documenting.(Call complete)"

Found dishwasher not draining had a real loud humming noise pull the pump out and found nothing but the propeller wheel was just spinning replaced drain pump motor checked all other components I did find the wash motor making a somewhat loud humming noise while washing but at the end of repair I did find cock a roach infestation. Please (see pic) due to that I cannot guarantee any good repairs on this unit and would advise flag this dishwasher as it may have many issues. at this time unit ran and checked ok(Call complete); used 1 W11412291 (Drain pump) from stock

Unit has a defrost issue where the freezer evaporator is frozen over and unable to remove. Cover is not available and it is suspected that the defrost heater has failed or the drain is frozen. Customer to buy a new unit.

Came to install fill tube heater. Found fill tube is clear and heater ohms out. Found open facia heater and water valve not opening when calling for water. Found this happening with both water and ice. Removed filter and tested. Water now dispensing but is chattering. Pressure high. Cx complaint that the top rack will not stay in place. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the clip at the end of the rack has separated not allowing it to stay in place. Complaint that the unit has marks on the cooktop. Found no cracks nor discoloration on the glass. Was able to remove some of the spots on the glass with just water and paper towel. Showed customer how the marks could be removed and that they are not permanent. Mentioned to the customer that the glass just needed proper cleaning. No parts needed to be ordered.

I called into techline as instructed to document the issue. The track arm is not a replaceable part. The unit can not be repaired.Sr7736750316

"Tested unit and found machine filling up ice bin with water and freezing it up causing it to be a big block of ice, cycled ice maker and found when filling unit would over flow from back fill tube. Removed ice maker and found fill clogged up causing the over flow, removed clog and cycled ice maker again, unit now filling properly. Checked water valve for leaking and it seems to be holding advised customer looks like its ok let unit make ice for 24 hrs and go from there"
