SR#7737617677BrandonWhen I first arrived I opened door and ice maker was cycling but not filling with water. I checked all wiring down at the door hinge to make sure no wires were broke and from what I could see there were none. I then checked power coming from fridge to harness on bottom left corner and had 120 v there then went to ice maker and I had 000 v there. I unplugged harness and made sure all connections were secure and Plugged harness back together had 120 v at ice maker with door switches in closed position. I moved door back and forth to see if there was a possibility of a broke or pinched wire I never lost 120 volts at door. The unit did cycle and fill with water advised customer to see how it works from this point forward.Call complete

Added towels and ran a wash checked filling and unit filled and washed canceled cycle and ran a drain and spin and unit spun out, recalibrated hmi and a factory calibration both cycles completed and went thew normally.
