"Cx complaint that the burner heads continue to click when the flames are turned off and the LF burner takes many attempts to light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the LF double burner screwed too tight together, I loosened the screw and the burner head worked much better. I checked the switch harness and I seen no visible damage. I did notice the 2 right burner igniters still click thought the burners are off. The unit needs a new switch harness to resolve the issue. The cx thinks the unit is in warrranty and will inquire about that first rather than pay for the repair today.; O-emld tckt"

The noise occurs during agitate. I ran a service and calibration cycle, the noise did not appear in either cycle. I ran manual fast and slow agitate as well, still no noise. I honestly think the noise sounds normal from the slider changing directions because of the weight of the load. Not making ice and water stops dispensing a few seconds after water flows the first time after a couple hours then starts flowing after a few mins again and you can fill as many cups as you want. "8033892692 Mary call first and for everything complaint left rear front, right rear right elements will not heat at all. I found three infinite switches have failed. I found front right element appears to have never been plugged in correctly. Main power wire had grounded out to frame, causing element damage and harness damage leading to failure of front right infinite switchand element infinite switch for front, right element element, and harness. "Cx complaint that the units broil element heats more on all oven settings. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The bake element heats during bake, the bake element ohms are 24 ohm within range. The broil element is very bright on even on bake cycles. I traced the schematics and the K2 relay is stuck open. I removed the red wire from the thermal fuse while the oven was off and there was still 123v on the blue wire at the thermal, there shouldnt be unless the oven is on. When I reconnected the red wire there was 123v from the open relay at p 5-4, there shouldnt be when the oven is off. The 7nit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the parts and collected the service call by CC. The cx does not want to repair the unit.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11182108 ELEMENT"

"Customer complained back right burner not working. Asked customer for purchase recipe, tenant said she was renting and called someone, they said landlord was coming. Landlord came and said he was told by whirlpool that they could tell it was under warranty. Informed him since unit isnt in entitlements proof of purchase is needed. "Cx complaint that the units door are misaligned. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit works fine, oven and burners. The discrepancies in the door alignment can barely be noticed. The cx sees the area where the top of the lower door and bottom of the upper door meet is uneven. I explained that way he doors pivot at the hinges will not allow them to be perfectly even with the depth of the gasket. The cx is not satisfied with the answer. The unit functions are fine and the unit is working as designed."

"Led lights out, deli drawer out, not cooling either section, compressor/fans not running. Diverter constantly clicking.Ran test 4, compressor never came on. Wont come on in test 5 either. Buzzing on power board, led board, no visible damage to any of the boards. When first unplugged / plugged would start as normal, normal Home position diverted sounds, compressor would come on for a second then go off and just making a clicking at diverter. Attempted multiple times disconnecting reconnecting connectors, tapping on relays, then one time it restarted and unit running, compressor/fans running and deli drawer control on. Buzzing on boards stopped. Lights are all still off. With the abnormal buzzing at power and led board would replace them before any individual lights.Redid all connections on led board and now lights are on as well. Keeping quote for power board, but as of now everything is back up and running."
