"Customer complained of Lo flo error. Ran diagnostics and found F8e1 f5e3 error codes stored . Ran service mode and when cold valve is energized not much water is dispensed. Turned cold valve on and off at customer wall and checked to make sure water had pressure at home, good pressure detected. found that valve on machine isnt opening all the way intermittently, door lock is working properly and customer had had. Found no issue with door lock. Hot valve is working ok. Ordering cold water valve. Scheduled return call for 9-25-23 pm. ; ordrng 1 W11316256 (Cold valve)"

"Called first number and he said he would have someone meet me at the address. Upon arriving no one was there and first number wouldnt pick up after a few calls. Called 2nd number and it was superintendent of build. Unit was an un occupied new build with no power superintendent let me in and unit had different serial number , ended in 84. Found back panel rattling adjusted panel and put in some more screws into panel. I also took pictures of the damage to the fridge on RH side cannot say for sure that the damages were there prior or during repair. I was not the 1st tech out on job.
