I found previous tech left screws undone also found scratched stainless steel finish of left door above user interface. Also found water valve had not been plugged in properly and properly secured at Molex connector. I am ordering new door. I raised it to 39? before departure advising customer to leave temperatures at 37 or above. Complaint middle rack has fallen on the right hand side will not stay in holder. I found holder clip had fallen and gotten into the bottom of the dishwasher. A secured holder clip installed rack back into slide rail. No additional issues found everything is working properly customer also complained that the rear tine on the lower rack. Its an adjustable tine had come out and was no longer staying in position at resecure time tested operations no additional issues found without either dishwasher is operating normally with no further issues.
