Ran test 121 for damper, operating properly with no unusual noises. Called tech line spoke to Robert SR# 773794146, he believes it is likely refrigerant moving through system causing noise. No recommended solution. Advised customer of findings, suggested they call Whirlpool customer service."

"Cx complaint that the units oven is not heating at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f6e0. I started a bake and broil cycle separately, neither worked. I tried convection cycles as well, that did not work either. The ignitor dont click nor does the convection fan run, the panel reads as if the function is proceeding but there is no heating or actions occurring. "Complaint leaking all over the floor freezer frosting over door. I found door gasket was not sealed properly at the top of the door. I found waterline leaking at the bottom of the freezer door connector had broke. I replaced connectors and heated door gasket. Adjusted gasket tested operations insured gasket is now a tight seal all the way around around the door. No additional issues found with freezer or refrigerator at this time. No more water leaking issues found either.; used 1 WP2198677 (FITTING 1/4-1/4), and 1 WP4373559 (FITTING 5/16-1/4) from stock"

"Checked over machine and found freezer not freezing items no ice being made and left draw not working, checked cooling and found fridge evap frosting up fully cycled to freezer and found top half only frosting up noticed frost lines on upper cabinet and sides of fridge getting super hot, checked compressor and found running but very hot to the touch. Compressor is starting to fail causing poor cooling in freezer section, checked left fridge crisper door and found cntrl shorted and green with broken wires found harness from door broken. Unit will need a new door assembly and harness advised customer door is out of stock and not sure when it will be in also compressor should be covered under ten year warranty advised may need purchase receipt for confirmation ; ordrng 1 W10815669 (Door) and 1 W11170612 (Harness)"

"Unit has been warm in n rf, not making ice, says fr is ok.Measured prodeuct temp of 51 in rf mid shelf. 11 in fr, is empty, so air temp only measured, slowly going down.Remover fr evap cover and ice block in upper right and heavy frost on first three turnings of evap.. then clear. Rf evap is frosted over. Thermistors pass in diagnostics. Control is out on pantry drawers. Per Randy the pantry control could cause all issues. Did find sign of water by connector to pantry control. Showed customer and explained the control can be damaged and internal wiring corroded which would require control and door. Also found all wires cut in cable to pantry.Customer wants to try just replacing cable, understands it might not fix issue and that even if pantry control works there could still be other sources to other issues found. Customer is ok with taking the risk on this repair and then plans to replace unit if it ends up needing additional parts/labor; ordrng 1 W11170612 (Cable)"

Cs has been getting lines on some clothes and doesnt always spin out fully. Lint trap was clear and in testing drained properly with no issues. Spun out fine. Drain hose was pushed all the way down standing drain pipe. Raised to give an air break and prevent siphoning. Gave suggestions for routine maintenance and usage. Some mold on boot which could cause lines. No problems replicated/found collected for service call only.
