"Cx complaint that the unit is now making a noise while it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code (f0e3) and the cx had a video of the noise. The noise occurs while the unit is agitating. I checked the belt and cam. The cam wheel has marks from the belt and the belt is more loose than normal. The unit needs a new belt and cam to resolve the issue. I installed the parts from TS. I calibrated and tested the unit for the cx. Cx complaint that the unit is building ice in the FC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the door was not fully closing causing the ice to build up. I removed the ice bin and shelf to remove the ice. I noticed there was heavy ice on the left side near the IM that was not allowing the door to fully close. I removed all ice and put the drawer and shelf back in place. The unit is working as designed. I emphasized to the cx to make sure the door is completely closed to avoid this issue in the future.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is cooling fine. Water dispenser with no issues. I ran multiple test: 14, 59, 88, 97 & 120. All tests passed, the unit harvested and filled with no issues. I noticed the IM switch was off, I turned it on. I found the IM connector was loose into the door cabinet, I secured it. The cx said the IM performance was intermittent. I replaced the IM with the pre id part, the new IM would not complete a harvest cycle. It gave an E3 code each of the 3 times I tried. Im ordering a new IM to resolve the issue.
