I ran the unit twice, it made no noises and heated fine. I put the housing back on, it ran with no issues. I noticed the fan duct housing the about an inch low making it difficult to put the MW back in place. I put theMW back in place and the noise was not present. Customer was washing a bulky load of towels with fabric softener on at the time. I tested operation and got unit to re-create the same conditions unit leaking from fabric softener dispenser during an out of balance load. No leaks during normal operation. Customer complaint is that dryer trips breaker. Randomly. Ran dryer on regular normal and dryer did sensing and went to cool down because dryer did not have a load in it. Ran timed dry and dryer ran and heated properly. After discussing with customer. Symptoms are that console glitches. Ordered console. ; ordrng 1 W11626080 (Console)

Splines are stripped out and so is slider. Clutch spines stripped out as well. Believe cavity was damaged when original magnetron shorted and melted.Called tech line later in the day spoke to Andrew SR#7737694278. Told him I had talked to Brandon before who insisted that it was with the interlock. Updated him on everything that has been done and all parts that have been replaced. "Cs says new motor is loud. Ran diagnostic cycle and ran fine with no issues. Unit does sound louder then normal but also does not have toe plate with insulation installed. There is also a fair amount of suds in unit which would cause motor to run louder. "Complaint of freezer not cooling. Displays shows fr at -8and rf at 35. Rf is at 45, fr at 50. Compressor running, fans not. Is some frosting on rf evap vents. Verified temps shown on display are what it says temps are, not what it is at. Set temp for 0 and 38 and displayed temp not changing.Control not showing correct temps, compressor not cooling. Looks to be multiple issues. Samsung will say to replace rf evap cover and thermistor for clogged rf evap, but also may have potential main control and or sealed system issue.While looking up parts temp gradually changed on display, so about10-15 minutes later showing temp at 0 and 38.Quoted for evap cover/sensor and labor explaining they may be more issues. Declined. Collected for service call"
