Customer just had dryer installed per customer last week has not ever gotten hot. I found customers outlet receptacle had experienced a thermal event power cord is perfectly fine. Unit does not have proper voltage. Getting to receptacle were power cord plug plugs in. Unit is completely operable no issues found with heater or thermal cut outs. Issue is voltage related and proper voltage has 120.5 V across black and white wiring but red and white wiring has zero red to black wiring has 1. 1 V. should have 240 V.
