"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor, evap and condenser fans are running well. I removed the evap cover and found ice built up on the first 12 inches of the cap tube to the evap with no full frost pattern. I ran the compressor test for 15 min to see the unit evap frost pattern while cooling. No frost pattern past the area that already ice (about 12 inches). The unit needs a new evap to resolve the issue. "I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is not spinning correctly, there is still a large gap at the bottom area where the drum meets the front panel. The issue is the front panel, its clearly deformed and warped in multiple areas causing the gap to the point where clothes are building in the cabinet as they fall through the gap. "Complete dishes not drying dishes still soaking wet at the end of the cycle. I tested operations found F7 E1 error code incoming water to cold. Customer has a tankless heater. Takes a very long time to get hot water to kitchen sink faucet, and when water is turned off, water immediately gets cold again, when turning water back on. Heater is working fine now after clearing code in diagnostics, no error codes at the end of a diagnostic cycle either. No rinse agent in Dispenser at all. Advised customer to use rinse agent for best drying performance."
